I requested a receipt for pressure cleaning the owner Eric performed however Marcia the owner's wife never provided to me despite repeated requests I made over a 6 month period of time. I needed the receipt to obtain a $250 reimbursement however my requests went ignored and therefore I'm out the $250.00. Additionally, my lawn has not been mowed in weeks and none of my landscaping has been trimmed in months. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and paid their monthly fee again this month however despite being promised my lawn would be completed last week it's still not done. My phone calls and texts to both Marcia and Eric have gone unanswered. I had to contact another landscaper who came out took a look at my lawn and stated it is not been maintained properly and the weeds have almost completely taken over and that I need to just tear up what's left and re-sod. I am beyond disappointed with F and F Lawn Maintenance and Home Repair. I do not recommend hiring this company and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Unfortunately we was out of town and to our surprise when we had arrived home, water was pouring into our property. Reached out to a couple of "24 hour service teams." That didn't get back to us until a few days later! But not Leo with A.R.S. He was prompt and was working on our roof at 1 am until he could subside the water that was in intruding. The very next day Leo and his team members went to work with all smiles and care. If you are looking for a reliable and professional contractor. Definitely give American Roofing Solutions the opportunity they've been great to work with. We have given Leo 3 other projects and each one went as smooth as we had hoped.
