I've recently purchased a home out of state and relied on Josh to handle the financing, with very little advance notice. Despite the short timelines, the process has never felt rushed or disorganized. Most of these transactions have been on roughly 30-day timelines, and Josh and his team have consistently made the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. I've been extremely happy and satisfied with the service I've received every time, and I'll continue to use Josh and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage for my future home purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage team that knows what they're doing and delivers on their commitments.

It is an absolute pleasure to write a recommendation for Susan DeMaille from Echo Fine Properties…read more Our search for a property on Hutchinson Island came with its share of challenges. Susan managed every one of the challenges and numerous details with perseverance and dedication to us, her clients. Susan consistently went beyond what anyone could expect from a Real Estate professional. From the moment I (Joy) met Susan her exceptional patience and responsiveness gave me confidence to move forward. Whatever obstacles arose, she tackled with determination and creativity. She found solutions where others would give up! During this process, she collaborated closely with my sister (Nancy) and guided us with confidence and her calming nature through many twists and turns. What impressed us the most was her unwavering commitment. Susan always made herself available to answer our questions, keeping the doors of communication open with all parties involved. In today's world, when true Customer Service is extremely hard to find, Susan went the extra mile which made our transaction happen. Her integrity and expertise in the real estate market are second to none! We enthusiastically would recommend her to anyone thinking about or looking to buy or sell real estate. Both of us are deeply grateful for all she did for us. We could not have been in better hands. THANK YOU, Susan! We are excited to move into our new Villa on Hutchinson Island in 2026. All the very best.......... Joy Sweeney & Nancy Gendron

On the night of 3 July 2019, I was visiting my son in Stuart, Florida when I noticed a guy walking…read moredown the street sticking flags in front of the houses in the neighborhood. "Cool" I thought. I like this. As he walked by my son's house he bent down and put a flag in front of my son's mailbox and walked away. Very quickly the flag fell over. Having served with the military for over 40 years and out of my personal respect for the flag, I went over to right "Old Glory". As I picked up the tiny flag I was immediately taken back by the stick placed on the flag, a marketing sticker. Frank Arena, an agent for this office of Keller Williams, had attached a sticker on the flags he was placing in the neighborhood. I realize that this is not a big deal to anyone but me probably, but I was pissed! I fought for that flag on many occasions and am not happy that Mr. Arena was willing to use our flag as a marketing tool on the 4th of July. It should be noted that even if it were not in bad taste, it is illegal! United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 states, "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." In many places, this action would have gotten Mr. Arena 30 days in jail and fines. None of that will happen in this case. But what will happen is that I will post this message, people will read it and hopefully let Mr. Arena know how they feel about his actions. I will never use Keller Williams for any real estate transaction and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere as well.

Best roofing company out there, hands down! Great customer service!…read more I cannot say enough good things about the team at Total Roofing. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. What impressed me most can be summed up in three areas: their sales team, communication, and flawless execution. Sales: Eli and the sales team were exceptional. They took the time to explain the roofing products, walk me through the available options, answer every question, and guide me through the decision-making process without ever making me feel pressured. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence in my choice. Communication: Shakira kept everything running seamlessly. She established a group text that kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew when each crew would arrive, what work would be completed that day, and what to expect next. That level of communication made the entire project stress-free. Execution: This is where Total Roofing truly exceeded my expectations. The project was organized with military precision. Separate crews handled the removal of the old shingles and replacement of any damaged wood, staged the materials for installation, and completed the roof installation itself. Every crew was courteous, efficient, and incredibly careful to protect my property, including my pool and all of my outdoor furniture. At the end of each day, the cleanup was remarkable. There were no nails, no scraps, no debris--everything was meticulously picked up, swept, and blown clean. Benny also checked on the project to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. I honestly cannot express how impressed I am with this company. Watching the coordination of the crews was like watching a well-trained military operation--everyone knew exactly what to do, and they did it with precision and professionalism. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers exceptional customer service, outstanding communication, and superior craftsmanship, I recommend Total Roofing without hesitation.
