They were always very professional and accessible, anytime we had a maintenance issue we would submit it through their online portal and usually within a few minutes someone in the maintenance department would get right back with us and schedule a repairman to come fix the problem right away. Moving out was a breeze, they performed a move-out inspection and sent me my deposit back quickly. I've rented places in the past where landlords or managers were impossible to get in touch with or they played games with deposit after move out but like I said InvestPro was great!
