Finally! I personally witnessed a woman bring her pet dog…read moreinto the produce section which immediately pooped on the floor next to my cart. The woman had no bags with her and ASKED THE MANAGER if HE had anything to clean it up with! He directed her to the nearby PRODUCE bag dispenser. He then politely informed her that animals are not allowed in food markets except for extreme exceptions ( people who have serious disabilities, and have no other choice) and asked her to remove her dog from the store. I know people LOVE their pets, like I love mine, but they don't belong in food stores and restaurants! It's disgusting.

It also has the most cash registers ( I believe 9) that I have seen in a TJ. Team members on the floor were all helpful and pleasant. When I asked a team members where a specific item was located the team member would walk me over to where the product was to ensure I found it quickly. When we went to checkout was when things started going wrong. We got behind a customer who was just finishing up when Jaime T (per our receipt) came over and got us stating there was no wait in his line. I handed Jaime our reusable bags who then stated "Just put those at the back of the check stand". At that point I told Jaime I would be right back, I was going to grab a case of water. When I returned 2 minutes later Jaime was 3/4 done with the checkout however I noticed my spouse was starting to bag our own items, and not the way TJ team members normally bag purchases (neatly with maximizing the space in the bags). We were checking out at 11:20, the other open check stands had one or no customers in them and Jaime had no one behind us at his checkout. My spouse stated it wasn't a big deal but when you have one TJ team member not doing what you have come to expect it is disappointing. I hope this was just a one off event and not an ongoing behavior of this one TJ team member.

My experience this time was better, and I'm hopeful the positive service continues. If things keep moving in this direction, I look forward to continuing to shop at this location.

Any city I travel to? I seek out the grocery outlet for their very unique items. Plus the Amazing specials and bargains. Spent the day at the beach and on the way back home, stopped at this grocery outlet to get some hydration for the road. I am in line and I noticed cashier Cindy is dropping the "fuck" bombs and "shit" bombs left and right in a conversation she was having with somebody about 6 feet away. Cindy totally ignored the customer who was in front of me checking out. I was so shocked what I was experiencing. I did not even say something to her or ask for the manager... Cindy was the type of person, between her foul mouth language and her presentation, that you were concerned she was gonna pull out a knife and jump over-the-counter and stab you. Cindy's behavior was atrocious. The words she was using are not appropriate for a retail establishment. And to top it off, there was not an ounce of customer service in her. Hell, I've been to dive bars where you are treated better and with more respect. I was thankful the grandkids were in the car with my daughter, and I did not bring them in to experience such a foul mouth. I hope management will take this seriously, and I hope other customers reported their experiences, and they will take this opportunity to put Cindy in some remedial training programs to up her skills.

Their produce at two price points of conventional and organic, their meat section offering all local and fresh options, their bakery is delicious and so beautiful, their deli with to-go food and sandwiches, and the soups are amazing, their taco and sushi bar, along with their hot food and salad bar all cannot be beat. They also have a bulk section for nuts, spices, honey, water, candy, coffee, etc. and offer everything else a grocery store would. The prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores, but you're paying for quality. Everything is fresh, the store is always so clean, and people are for the most part always friendly. They hire people with special needs, which in my opinion, is my favorite part of visiting there. Their butchers are always so friendly and helpful. Their only downfall is SOME of their cashiers. They often are lost in their own conversations, and do not greet or engage their customers. They can come across as rude or unfriendly for this reason. But over all, Olivers is my go to spot for all local meats, delicious and beautiful cakes, and to-go food. Highly recommend.

Everything was fresh, the turkey was piled on, and the combination of the pepperoni, crunchy pickles, and tangy pepperoncini was perfect. The sandwich was huge, filling, and put together so well -- definitely not skimpy on the ingredients! This might officially be my new go-to sandwich from Sprouts. Seriously, whoever made this Sammie deserves some recognition because they understood the assignment. 10/10, I'll absolutely be getting it again!

I had already been thinking about buying a sandwich, and when I noticed several employees actively cleaning a deli that already looked pretty clean to me, I was convinced. I ordered the build-your-own sandwich, which starts at $4.99. I love deli sandwiches, and have ordered so many from so many different locations across California over the past decade, I'm pretty sure I could write a book at this point.. Sprouts is usually a great place to get a sandwich for lunch. Most of my experiences at other Sprouts locations have been great. I filled out the sandwich form (which was returned to me with my sandwich, as evidence lol) with the following: sourdough bread, ham, bacon, swiss, avocado, dressing, all the veggies except lettuce. If the bread was sourdough, it was the whitest sourdough bread I've ever had in my life. It resembled white bread in every way, shape, and form. I received exactly one strip of hardly detectable bacon. All of the veggies were in such small quantities that I thought a bunch of ingredients were missing at first. The sandwich was honestly mostly marinated peppers. I didn't receive any avocado, but felt like, overall, the sandwich was okay enough for $7.99. But I would not order from this same sandwich maker again (although he was nice enough), because he wasn't very good at it.
