I attempted to receive quotes from multiple other junk removal services, and they were all either unresponsive or far higher than the Junkzilla quote. Also, Jamie from Junkzilla was not only very polite, it took only a few minutes to find a time and set up the appointment to remove two old refrigerators from my garage. I got a call from Jamie about 15 minutes before the team arrived. Once they got here, they were extremely professional and polite, helped me move some straggling items in the fridge and helped me sweep the garage! This team is rad! I was looking to have an old mattress and box spring picked up so I sent out a few feelers. Jamie was the first to respond (within an hour) and provided the best quote. They scheduled quickly, they could have come the next day, but I needed to wait for the weekend, I had a 2 hour window time scheduled for the following Saturday. Prior to arrival they called to tell the exact time they would arrive and they were right on time. When they got to my house, they were very friendly, professional and quick. We've hired Junkzilla several times since moving into our home and always had a good experience. They were fast, followed COVID guidelines, cleaned the workspace well, and were willing to do a lot of the manual labor required to deal with some of the more troublesome furniture and installations left over from the previous owners. So impressed with this family business! We chose them for their good reviews and reasonable rates. They were able to get here quickly and cleared out an entire house's worth of old carpet and tack strips (along with quite a few other items -- we knew we'd be filling a truck) in just a little over an hour. It would easily have taken us a full day or more to accomplish the same task. The father-son team were also very cheerful and friendly. Very fast response time. Needed an old LARGE overgrown bush removed and hauled away that was overtaking a section of our patio. Project completed next day after we approved quote. Their trucks are top load, giving them more room than the competitors that claim larger trucks (that are back loaded).
