Received several quotes from different junk removal companies and Junkzilla was the most reasonable. Worked with Jamie on scheduling and she was able to fit me in the same week that I made an inquiry. She texted me the day of to let me know how far out the guys were so I could prepare for their arrival. When the guys arrived, it was a two-person crew. They kindly offered to remove their shoes before entering, which was such a pleasant surprise. But because I knew they were going to be lifting some heavy, bulky items, I didn't want to inconvenience them by having to put their shoes back on as they were carrying things out to their truck. They removed 2 mattresses, 1 full bed frame, 1 queen bed frame, 3 coffee tables, a television, and 3 night stands. Both men were very polite and extremely efficient. They completed the junk removal in about 15 minutes. If you need junk removed from your place, I recommend contacting Junkzilla. They're affordable, easy to work with, and very efficient. I am very impressed with Junkzilla. My 70 year old mother needed some large and awkward furniture removed from her home, which is on the 4th floor of a building that doesn't have the greatest access points for trucks or moving items in/out. I contacted Junkzilla with this information to get a price quote - and, not only did they get back to me within an extremely short window, they had a great price AND had availability for the next day. The crew showed up, fully masked AND early (which was great!) and moved the items out of her home in less than 30 minutes. Not only that, they also moved another awkward piece of furniture into its new place and placed/hooked up her TV for her. Well these guys were nothing but professional, fast and clean! I can't recommend them enough. They took all the things I was worried about disposing of from TVs to bicycles to an old battery-powered lawnmower I retired. Leftover construction supplies went too! The phone support was great too! I had questions about what they'd be able to take and there really wasn't much, aside from wet paint, but if you dry your paint out, you can dispose of that yourself easily. I sent a picture with the initial debris I had and stated that this almost half and I still have an additional bathtub when I was asking for a quote. Jamie quoted me $180-$210 only for everything When the guys came in they said this is a full truck in which we'll charge you $490, Really!! I asked them to call their manager because I'm not paying this number that's unrelated to the quote by any means, they said she would say nothing different and left! Later she called me and was angry that I didn't let the workers do the job. As if it's my fault that they are asking more than double of her quote!! I reached out to a few junk removal places on Yelp and Junkzilla was one of the quickest to get back to me with an estimate. A lot of the other places added a lot of "fine print" to their estimates suggesting the final price would likely have a lot of hidden fees thrown on at the end. That wasn't the case with Junkzilla. When Snohomish County extended the lockdown to pickup trucks hauling construction demo waste, I was unable to bring at least a ton to the transfer station. I was literally up a creek with a mountain I was not allowed to dispose of...until I called Junkzilla. Called Weds afternoon, the pile of wood, old fixtures, heavy trash bags etc was gone Thursday. We needed help emptying our parents' home and garage. 40 years worth of accumulation. Jamie was GREAT! They came at 9:00 - as planned. Worked their butts off. 2 1/2 hours later, they pulled out of the driveway with the second fully loaded truck (the time waiting at the dump between loads one and two slowed them down!). And when I say "fully loaded," I mean fully loaded. Other companies charge by the hour - including the time it would take to get to/from the dump. We were concerned that we could end up with a bill twice as large as we'd expected. Because Junkzilla charges by volume, we were able to get an estimate from Jamie and that estimate turned out to be spot on. I'm exhausted just from watching their speedy work. I highly recommend.
