The inspector labeled it as "Irony Alum" just because of some iron screws that was magnetic, which they used as an excuse to downgrade it. At the time, aluminum was going for $0.55-$1.00 per pound, and those screws could easily be removed. That shouldn't be factored in. Other scrap yards don't pull this stunt. Bottom line: If you're just dumping scrap and don't care about the money, this place is fine. But if you have a substantial load you're looking to sell fairly, steer clear. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HOUSECLEANERS IN SAN DIEGO.. and I've had many…read more They come "Armed and Dangerous" I'm both excited (and slightly embarrassed) about this review. I've had several housecleaners over the years. None of them compared to what Cecilia and her team accomplished. I'm a single man living with only a large German Shepherd. So... let me list out what makes CC and Adora Housecleaning Unique: 1) I think the most important thing about Cecelia and Adora Housecleaning was my initial interaction. She asked me: "How can we make your life better? How can we alleviate your stress?" Wow. 2) Now this is crazy. Cece told me that my dog's fur was "top to bottom". I was like "to the top??" Turned out: yes. My dog's fur was on top of my framed pictures, the top of my curtains (?!?!) No other house cleaner ever noticed. Needless to say, the fur was gone was eliminated. 3) I said they came "armed and dangerous." They have some sort of industrial, high-pressure steamer. Never seen anything like that with other housecleaners! Whatever that thing they have is: It absolutely blasted away dirt and mold I had no idea was even there. Again, I've had several housecleaners over the years. I could go on and on. By the time Cece and her team left, they were sweating. Which is embarrassing because apparently my place was that bad (I had no idea!). In any case, "elbow grease" doesn't even do justice to how hard they worked. THANK YOU Cece. Indeed, you have made my life better, and alleviated stress.
