Nick and Sean are all kinds of awesome! The guys showed up in their groovy purple truck to wrestle and remove Couchzilla from my life. They were spot on time, 7AM on a rainy Saturday morning. They introduced themselves and got right to work. So... I live on the third floor of an old Victorian house... We are talking narrow stairways, and even narrower doorways. And Couchzilla... oh, he was a beast! Seven feet long, three and half feet deep, and weighed about a million and half tons. The guys sized everything up and made the wise choice to saw the beast in half for slightly easier (but far from easy) removal. Nick got to work sawing at the beast, whilst Sean toted the masses of giant cushions down to the great purple truck. Couchzilla put up quite the fight. Several times Nick thought he'd won in separating the beast into two still beastly halves. Only for Couchzilla to smirk and toss up yet another sticking point. Nick preserved with a smile on his face the whole time. At last.... victory was had. The beast had been slain and the heroes of this story could proceed wrestling the remains down the narrow stairs and out the even narrower doorway... into their groovy purple chariot and off into the rainy grey day. But not before sweeping and sweeping and sweeping some more. The guys were careful to leave the scene sparking clean. But really.... I cannot beam bright enough about Junkcat. The guys are thoroughly professional: extremely conscientious, focused, and KIND! The communication between the two guys was a beautiful thing... moving HEAVY furniture through narrow quarters requires clear communication... and these two were a delight to watch. It's clear that Nick is not only a keen businessman but a damned good person. He cares about people and that goes really far these days. I will be singing Junkcats praises loud and clear. Yes, I am that person who will overhear you in a cafe telling someone you need to finally clean out your garage and lean over to recommend Junkcat. This is the second time that I have used their service (I had to scour my email and credit card statements from 2 years ago to find their information because I remember being so impressed with their service and I wanted to use them again).
