We have had their Preme Environmental picking up our trash for the past year, and I have been nothing but displeased. Numerous times our trash wasn't picked up on the day of service, at one point having called in to complain, they said it was due to the fact that our trash was not every piece in bags. I can understand that as they have a policy for it, seemed a bit off for a trash company to REQUIRE bags but whatever. That was until I saw the reasoning for that requirement, I had stepped outside to smoke one evening when I saw a pickup truck pull up to the end of the driveway and start to pick through the trash, ultimately lifting the bin onto the bed to empty it with the rest of the bags. Today was our last pick up with the company as we are moving locations, and coming to pick up their bins today they took the 5 bags of trash we had loaded in the bins out, took their bins, and left our trash on the end of my driveway.​ I don't even want them to come back and get the trash, I just hope to keep others from experiencing the issues that my family has with our trash services selection.

I stopped immediately and responded, and then took pictures of the truck and the license plate. I called the number on the side of the truck immediately and spoke to someone to report the incident. I will give credit to the person I spoke with - he confirmed that this was unacceptable behavior and that he would be calling the crew and writing them up for the incident. He asked me what the street intersection was and what the license plate number was so he could confirm which crew was responsible. While I appreciate the swift action and the validation of the unprofessionalism from the person I spoke with, I wanted to publicly note that this is an establishment that hires folks who think it's okay to sexually harass women on the street in the morning in broad daylight - who knows how these people operate behind closed doors.
