They can remove trash, that's the positive part of my review. Made an agreement prior to work being done to wire funds, which is not their normal way to receive payment. I didn't receive wire information until after 2pm cut off, so no money could be sent that day. 11 phone calls with the owner threatening to haul the trash back and sue me, plus endless texts...I'm not even sure how many texts. I was quoted $200-$500. They charged $585. I'm not complaining about that. It was likely more work than anticipated. I'm fine with that. Agree to terms and then threaten me. That I'm not ok with, at all. My normal "go to" for haul away services are the guys at Home Depot. You have to be present and pay in cash. I could not be there, so I looked on Yelp. Wish I would have waited for a day so I could be present and just hired my regular guys. It would have saved a ton of time, calls, money and most of all frustration. And yes, they got paid, the whole amount. Less than 36 hours after showing up at the job. read more

Would give 6 stars if I could. I sent out an email blast for spa removal and got an immediate response and call. It was HALF of what most of my quotes were, and the cheapest by a large margin. Even better, he made some phone calls and he had a truck at my house in under an hour. The workers were professional, and worked their tail off.
