Steve and his crew are true professionals. Steve was responsive the whole time I had questions over a two week period of deciding which vendor to choose for my junk pick up needs. Steve could have left me hanging but he was persistent and willing to work with me. His crew came even earlier than expected but didn't call or rush me to open the gate. Leo and the crew were in n out in 50 minutes and did an excellent job filling the truck completely to get my mooney's worth. They even swept after themselves. Mind you this was all on a Sunday at 7am, talk about on the call service. read more

They can remove trash, that's the positive part of my review. Made an agreement prior to work being done to wire funds, which is not their normal way to receive payment. I didn't receive wire information until after 2pm cut off, so no money could be sent that day. 11 phone calls with the owner threatening to haul the trash back and sue me, plus endless texts...I'm not even sure how many texts. I was quoted $200-$500. They charged $585. I'm not complaining about that. It was likely more work than anticipated. I'm fine with that. Agree to terms and then threaten me. That I'm not ok with, at all. My normal "go to" for haul away services are the guys at Home Depot. You have to be present and pay in cash. I could not be there, so I looked on Yelp. Wish I would have waited for a day so I could be present and just hired my regular guys. It would have saved a ton of time, calls, money and most of all frustration. And yes, they got paid, the whole amount. Less than 36 hours after showing up at the job. read more

I'm so glad I was able to use this company! They were quick to respond and able to come out and give me a price for all my remodeling trash. They also showed up early so was bale to start sooner than originally scheduled. Leo was. Rey professional and gave me an estimate with a total and it came out less than I expected. We had to dump dirt and I was given a quote for that which was very reasonable. We use another dump service previously and they were way too expensive. Steven and his company are awesome. Thank you for responding so quickly! read more

They showed up for my weird job (steep driveway with a tight turn) and took care of everything I needed, even though it was pouring rain, at a fair price, and on time. And he was friendly, cool and a pleasure to work with! read more

Steve was professional and extremely helpful. He gave me a great quote and kept in contact with me to let me know when he was going to haul my junk away (in this case, two big couches). Would give 6 stars if I could. I sent out an email blast for spa removal and got an immediate response and call. It was HALF of what most of my quotes were, and the cheapest by a large margin. Even better, he made some phone calls and he had a truck at my house in under an hour. The workers were professional, and worked their tail off. When they were done they swept, and cleaned out years of leaves and guck that was behind the spa without asking to do. 100% recommended. read more

Very prompt and polite service. Got the job done in less that two hour from when I called. I would hire them again.

AWESOME! Steve's crew was professional, efficient, and thorough. The project was quoted, booked, and completed within a matter of hours. Steve was able to provide a clear price list and answered any questions or concerns. The pricing was more than fair for a job well done. The crew showed up promptly, went straight to work, removed a heap of mess that had been plaguing me for awhile. The mix of junk, yard and storm debris was cleared in a breeze with this top notch crew. The remaining area was left clean, clear and ready to start the new year! Cheers to Junk R Way! read more

I only had a couple of days to come into Los Angeles from out of state to haul all the contents of my recently diseased father's house and garage away. Steve was so professional over the phone and after interviewing 4 other local junk haulers, I went with Junk-R-Way. I am so glad I did. Leo Carranza is one of the best workers (in any field) that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His crew was fast, courteous, professional, and very sympathetic to our family's situation. I had to get back to Idaho and he went back to finish (above and beyond) and took pictures and texted me. Perfect Job!!! It was so nice and refreshing to have an amazing experience in such an uncertain and chaotic time. Thank you Leo for your professionalism and hard work! I could not have asked for more! read more

I cannot tell you what a life saver Steve is. Our move was horrific because my husband is a bit of a hoarder. I was overwhelmed, canceled on Steve twice due to my husband being off of work for a few days. Steve immediately calmed me down when to my absolute surprise there was about 3x the amount of crap than I had anticipated as my husband cleaned out the garage. He went above and beyond for us. Not only did Steve save my husbands life, Ha! Ha! but really, it was bad, he was so fair on pricing, so honest, and so hard working. He truly saved us in so many ways. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for", Best money I ever spent. I highly recommend. He is fabulous. I cannot figure out how to post before and after pictures! Looks like "1-800- JUNK" finally has some REAL competition! "Junk R Way" is amazing. I'm now a repeat customer and so glad I found out about this company. My condo sold and I had to be out fast which was overwhelming. Steven came over a couple days before the move and completely put me at ease with his confidence and encouragement. His quote was reasonable and very fair. The day of the move he and George showed up ready to go but I needed help getting my cat into a safe space. George was able to get her in his arms (which was a miracle) and into the spare bath. We ended up taking two days to move because things were going to 3 different places. It was hectic and stressful but the guys were organized, fast, calm, confidant and in control. I'll definitely be calling them for my next move. read more

Really appreciated their quick response with a quote on Thursday afternoon. I had a large sofa, 4 club chairs, 2 ottomans and some miscellaneous other items. Pick up was scheduled for 3 pm on next day - Friday. They called about 90 minutes away and showed up on time. They took care not to damage floors, carpeting, or walls when moving the furniture. They were personable and worked quickly. Emailed my receipt for payment before leaving. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others, I thought the price was reasonable read more
