Had some hiccups getting this scheduled due to weather and truck trouble but he made it happen with good communications. Price was fair. Very pleasant to deal with read more

William was terrific. I made the appointment by phone, set a time, and he arrived on time. He was cordial and efficient. William was to remove a large recliner and loveseat. In order to remove the furniture, he had to disassemble the items. I thought it would take time, but he did it in minutes. The entire removal took less than 20 minutes. I will definitely use Go Junkless again. Great service and at a reasonable cost. read more

Excellent customer service and reasonably priced! They do a free estimate prior to using their service, which was great. I didn't have a ton of stuff to take but I did have an Ikea couch that they very quickly and easily took apart. No joke, I think they were only at my house for 30 minutes tops. I highly recommend them!! read more

Did exactly what we needed, and for a really competitive rate (they charge by volume). And, because our street and driveway are a bit on the narrow side, he even hauled our junk by hand down to his truck using a dolly. It was a particularly hot day, so I really appreciated the effort. Thanks so much for going above and beyond. read more

Very friendly and professional. The workers were on-time and gave me a call ahead of time just to make sure I knew exactly what time they would be there. They were very quick but also careful. Overall great experience and I'd definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of junk! read more

We called and they were willing to do same day pick up, they are local and offer great prices William gave a courtesy call to let you know when he was arriving and did all the work himself super fast and convenient would recommend and use again not only have they been in business for so long and are a family own business! read more

William is a gentleman, communicates in a way that you do not waste your time waiting, and works clean and fast. I have had him out twice and both times, once all that STUFF was gone, I felt so much lighter. It's a very affordable way to trash or recycle without having to do it yourself. I am chipping away at both the yard and inside, moving toward less, less, less. Next: the closets and the kitchen. Thinking of going Junkless? You will not be disappointed. A++ read more

These guys were a class act from start to finish. They removed a piano for me and some other stuff and were much more fairly priced than a place that was charging no more just to remove an old upright! Great communication, super punctual, really nice guys. Would def use them again if I needed junk removal! read more

Go Junkless, specifically William and his helper, were amazing to work with!! They arrived at the property on time and worked quickly. They were both professional, nice and hard working. I will definitely be hiring them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of some junk. read more

Very helpful, great customer service, and totally worth the investment. Really helped relieve some stress during my moving process. I definitely recommend working with these folks, especially if you're short on time and need to get rid of some stuff rather quickly. read more

William was fantastic to deal with. I called with a last minute job on a Sunday and he showed up within two hours. Super professional and cordial. I will definitely be using this company again in the future! read more

I called (just now) on a Sunday to have a pile o junk picked up. From call to Jesse leaving was under an hour. He was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend and I will be using them again. I also really like its family owned and operated and not some huge company. Thanks guys. read more

These guys were great on the phone when I first called and then completely ghosted. They initially told me they could come by the next day for an estimate and if we wanted to move forward they would have their guys move it there and then. Great! The following day (the day of the estimate) they called and left a message saying they were on their way and should be arriving in 20-30 min. We blocked off a space for their truck on the street in from of the house so they would have easy access when they arrived and we waited. My husband took work off to be there to meet with them and they NEVER showed up or called. We each called a few times to follow up got a voicemail every time and we NEVER got a reply back. I was really hoping for a good experience with them based on other reviews but beware of their unreliable service before wasting your time and energy. Home Depot has plenty of hauling services and they'll come on the spot. read more

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. William was on top of it - he was on time for our appointment, happy to help get rid of my junk and above all, he was really nice. That's a great way to do business. You won't be sorry if you hire this company. read more

I needed help clearing out an office prior to a move, William and his colleague did an excellent job at clearing out loads of e-waste and office furniture. They are super friendly, work fast and have stellar communication from the beginning throughout the entire process. Their pricing is also competitive. Thank you! read more

I had called at least five other dirt removal companies to pick up two large mounds of dirt from converting our lawn. Go junkless was the first to actually answer their phone. I still called the other companies, and even a day laborer to compare prices and I must say Go Junkless offered the most fair and reasonable pricing. They have a price chart based on how much their truck gets filled. They are also licensed and insured. William came the next day at 6am. He worked hard to clear out our yard in less than a couple hours. He even let me know when the truck was getting past pricing point to ask if he should continue and how to maximize space. I totally recommend! read more

These guys work fast. Sad that I didn't call them earlier. Reasonable price based on how much of their truck gets filled up. Cost includes removal from property, hauling to dump, etc. read more

These guys rock! Came and picked up two giant old couches. Reliable and easy to communicate with -- highly recommend!

My in-laws were moving out of a half-acre home they've lived in for more than twenty years. You can only imagine all the junk they've accumulated over the years. We called Jesse and he was available the very next day. Additionally, they were significantly more affordable than the other company we initially called for an estimate. Jesse and William were punctual, showed tons of patience, and worked incredibly hard and efficiently. They hauled two full loads in less than a full day's work! read more

These guys were great. I had them remove a good bit of dirt piled in my backyard. Got an estimate on Sat, they were here first thing Sun morning. Junior, Jesse and Frank were quick, efficient, friendly and left my yard clean. When they were done, there was still room on the truck so I had them take a few other items at a reasonable cost. read more

Very un professional and unpleasant working with these guy's. Some time back I got a call from William Lossi of Go Junkless asking for my business. I build and flip homes. I finally decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE! William went to my job and gave me a bid for what he said was between 3/4 to 1 full load of construction trash.. I felt the price was fair and had them come out the next day. I showed up on the job and they had their truck half loaded but told me that the job was underestimated and I would now need 2 full truckloads of trash removed. A 100% INCREASE in the bid from the day before. Some professionals. They got the job done but seemed more worried about getting paid then the fact that they can't bid a job properly. I would not recommend Go Junkless. read more

William arrived early Saturday morning, per my request. He had a happy demeanor, very friendly. He navigated a tight alley entrance with expert driving skills! He put everything in his truck quickly and efficiently. All the time remaining friendly and helpful. read more

We called them super last minute, William was friendly and helpful, we texted them a picture of what we needed to have taken away and they got back to us with a quote and eta for pickup within 5 mins. They came and collected very quickly and efficiently, great rates and customer service! read more

Jesse and William from Go Junkless were great! I had some remodeling done for my restroom and needed junk removal right away. Arranging an appointment for pick up was easy. Price was also reasonable compared to other junk removal services. By far the most convenient company I've dealt with. read more

Beyond grateful for these guys ! They went up and above my expectations. They gave me a quote via text based on pictures of the junk I needed to get removed from my garage . They arrived on time and uniformed (A++) ! They were fast and efficient, I didn't move a finger . I simply pointed at everything I needed removed and wahhllaaah! All gone ! They price by volume and they made sure they got my money's worth. They worked extra hard to break down some of my junk for more space. Excellent service, Highly recommend if you're in need of any type of junk removed ! read more

My son has used Will's services and WOW! Outstanding work and an honest professional! Would use him in a heartbeat!

Will from Go Junkless was AMAZING. I had a whole backyard of junk left over from my move. I called Go Junkless and they came on time and had a great work ethic. I was so happy with the service I received. Will actually helped me move a couple things.... he for sure did not need to go the extra mile for me but he did. I would for sure recommend will for future jobs! read more

William and his brother worked tirelessly to remove four loads of dirt, concrete, steel, rocks, and brick from my yard. It took them close to ten hours and took more effort than they had planned, but they completed the job in good spirits. I would absolutely work with them again in the future. read more
