William was terrific. I made the appointment by phone, set a time, and he arrived on time. He was cordial and efficient. William was to remove a large recliner and loveseat. In order to remove the furniture, he had to disassemble the items. I thought it would take time, but he did it in minutes. The entire removal took less than 20 minutes. These guys were great on the phone when I first called and then completely ghosted. They initially told me they could come by the next day for an estimate and if we wanted to move forward they would have their guys move it there and then. Great! The following day (the day of the estimate) they called and left a message saying they were on their way and should be arriving in 20-30 min. We blocked off a space for their truck on the street in from of the house so they would have easy access when they arrived and we waited. My husband took work off to be there to meet with them and they NEVER showed up or called. We each called a few times to follow up got a voicemail every time and we NEVER got a reply back. I was really hoping for a good experience with them based on other reviews but beware of their unreliable service before wasting your time and energy. Home Depot has plenty of hauling services and they'll come on the spot. read more

I had called at least five other dirt removal companies to pick up two large mounds of dirt from converting our lawn. Go junkless was the first to actually answer their phone. I still called the other companies, and even a day laborer to compare prices and I must say Go Junkless offered the most fair and reasonable pricing. They have a price chart based on how much their truck gets filled. They are also licensed and insured. William came the next day at 6am. He worked hard to clear out our yard in less than a couple hours. He even let me know when the truck was getting past pricing point to ask if he should continue and how to maximize space. Very un professional and unpleasant working with these guy's. Some time back I got a call from William Lossi of Go Junkless asking for my business. I build and flip homes. I finally decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE! William went to my job and gave me a bid for what he said was between 3/4 to 1 full load of construction trash.. I felt the price was fair and had them come out the next day. I showed up on the job and they had their truck half loaded but told me that the job was underestimated and I would now need 2 full truckloads of trash removed. A 100% INCREASE in the bid from the day before. Some professionals. They got the job done but seemed more worried about getting paid then the fact that they can't bid a job properly.
