I'm usually not one to post reviews, but Junk Pros is such a fantastic service company I would be doing a disservice if I didn't let y'all know HOW WONDERFUL MY EXPERIENCE WAS! Julio is professional, full of information/explanations, patient (I ask a lot of questions) and just a really kind person to talk to on the phone when booking your appt., whether it's for an estimate or a haul date. I needed to change the date from a Friday to a Monday (which was a holiday) and Boom, done. No extra charge. We needed 63 years of crap hauled away. Unusable furniture, broken cabinets, stuff that piles up in your side yard, I'm talkin' junk here people. I knew I'd need a full truck load. Thomas & his partner show up on time, as scheduled. It was a really hot day. I walked them through the house, both side yards and garage. And they went at it. I kept offering them waters, take a break, etc., but they said "we're good" and kept loading that truck. I took a pic when I was sure the truck was full. Hahaha, you'd be amazed at how much more they got in that truck! Just like Julio, they were really nice guys and professional at their job. I actually feel they went above & beyond. I took advantage of the 10% discount offer and was super happy to see my final invoice (which included a couple 25.00 charges for things they had to pay to dump. I think it was a lawn mower and an air conditioner?) was less than what a competitor (no names mentioned but 800 is in their name) quoted for a 1/2 load. I wish every aspect of settling an Estate was as smooth and easy as Junk Pros made clearing out the property was. I'll never use any other company for hauling jobs. I was really impressed with this company. The woman on the phone was really professional when I spoke with her and spent about 15 min. answering my questions. When the guys came out, Didn't expect much as far as appearance but I was surprised. They were both in uniform and introduced themselves with a business card. They gave me their estimate. WAY CHEAPER THAN 800-GOTJUNK. ( I had GotJunk come out the day before for an estimate). The thing I liked about them was that they were very friendly and professional. the guys seemed to have a good time (not sure why if they're removing junk!!) but they were very friendly with my wife and chatted with my 2 little girls. To be honest, I just didn't expect this from a "junk" company. They are also a GREEN business which is good because there is too much crap in our landfills as it is. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! Working with Junk Pros was a thoroughly positive experience from beginning to end -- from my initial phone call inquiry to setting the appointment with Julio, to bidding Brandon and Vince a grateful farewell after they did a TERRIFIC job. Their total can-do attitude about getting my bolted stackable dryer detached from the wall was amazing and seemed to be above-and-beyond the call of duty. Then they hauled it out down 20-odd stairs along with the washer, plus a huge tube TV, CD player, receiver, and a box miscellaneous e-waste -- the latter all for free! Price was right, too. In fact, it was $20 cheaper than I had been quoted! I will definitely call Junk Pros again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

The guys were great. Kelan and Junior arrived, were very friendly and immediately got to work. I didn't have too much stuff but it was big stuff, they were able to put the stuff in their truck within 30 minutes. They even mentioned about their coupon that I could print out to drop 15 dollars for the 1/4 load they filled. I would suggest this company to anyone who has junk that is hard to get rid of on your own time and need to get rid of it fast. Thank you guys for the help. read more

We just finished a remodel of our home, and I was dreading the thought of how to dispose/donate/sell many of the items we didn't want to keep. One phone call to Junk Pros on a Friday, and they were here this morning (Monday) - took everything (we filled the truck). I was expecting to pay twice what I did. and it was all so hassle free! I had a ValPak coupon and after being burned by a moving company, I was cautious to say the least about any other company. Julio was very helpful; his men gave me an estimate and completed the job as scheduled. I had them return another day with another 2 men..same experience, very helpful, with a 10% discount. They picked up gardening, some construction debris and all sorts of unwanted stuff.
