This company is by far the best I've used in awhile. Very polite friendly did just as I asked I need to use them 2 more times. There on my speed dial. Priced ok. Would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. FIVE STARS. *******. Threw in a few extras. Bruce read more

I have used Junk Pros in the past. This is the most professional company I have dealt with. The two man crew was exceptionally polite and listened to my instructions so they would not take away something that I needed to keep. The pricing was fair and I received an invoice right away. I will certainly use them in the future. read more

I called on Thursday to have junk hauled out of my garage and by early Saturday morning it was gone. The two-man crew led by Jose were so quick they filled up 85% of the truck in the time it took me to drop my kids to their Saturday activities and back. It's a great option if your trash needs exceed your yearly allotment from ACI or if like me you have rodent-destroyed items and need them gone in a pinch. Would recommend to anyone in the future. read more

They do all of the hauling and clean up. The price is quite reasonable for the work they did, and it is so nice to have all of that trash GONE. We had "temporarily" used our kennel for storage when we were doing a major remodel project, and the stuff just never got moved. I needed the kennel to house our 4 rescue kitties and I really worked hard to clean it out, but the stuff that was stored was basically destroyed. I needed it gone, and Junk Pros took care of that for me. We have used them many times over the years and will likely do so again the next time we have a lot of junk that needs to go. read more

I am very impressed and exceptionally pleased with my total experience with Junk Pros! Julio, the owner, was very nice to deal with when setting up my appointment. He answered all my questions and explained the complete process. Jose and Ernesto did the actual cleanup of our attic. They were very friendly, courteous and conscientious. They worked very well together and completed the job in a timely manner. No easy task considering all that had to be done! Many thanks!!! read more

Excellent service. Even got a call back after I said I'd think about it. I forgot about a bit of a discount they offered. Fair price for their hard work. two employees showed up on time as scheduled. They carefully hauled a very heavy piano out of the house and led up their ramp into truck. would definitely use again read more

The crew was professional and helpful. We appreciated the help of a quick and painless removal of all unneeded items, bi g and small. Cost was reasonable. thanks guys read more

Even though I had sent pictures of what I had. They sent 2 trucks just make sure they could take everything. They were right on time and immediately started loading the first truck and didn't stop until it was absolutely full (didn't need the second truck). Cleaned up and swept the driveway. Very reasonably priced. read more

My boyfriend and I just moved in together, and this was our second use of this company to remove junk - unwanted items, old packing materials, etc. Both times, we got a return phone call to our e-queries super fast. Today's service was amazing - a day early (with my permission) and they worked with my schedule. The price was reasonable and the crew were polite, friendly, fast, and effective. I definitely recommend them, and plan to call them for any future removal needs. read more

Amazing job. I had a list of three companies to call and never made it to number two. Everything was explained and happened just like they said it would, only better. read more

Very timely, efficient and cost effective service. The team listens to questions and comments and takes timely responsive action. And the quote after a pre-project walk through was spot-on accurate (so says a veteran CFO). We highly recommend this business based on our residential services experience. read more

These guys were great. They called ahead and showed up on time. They made sure they cleaned up the site after they loaded the truck. They were friendly, professional and I will hire them again. read more

Junk Pros was recommended to me and they were easy to work with and we promptly set an appt date/time. On the day of the appt, they were available early and got to work. The gentlemen that came were very nice and worked quickly. I would recommend. read more

Love this company. They always make it easy for me to get rid of all the extra stuff that I accumulate over the year. Prices were better than other companies that I called and they came on time. I like that they recycle and donate too. read more

We used Junk Pros to clear out an inherited house and yard this weekend. The owner, Julio was easy to work with and very customer oriented. The two-man team showed up on time and went right to work, including getting some large items down from the rafters in the garage. We felt that their pricing was fair and we would definitely recommend them. read more

We found ourselves in a bit of trouble when our decking contractor left behind a pile of concrete and exposed rebar. Their hauling folks kept canceling and rescheduling until we ended up with just a few days before a kids birthday party. So we called Julio and his team. They were great to work with, adjusting their schedule to accommodate the rush and having the crew start early (5am!) in order to get the job done in time. read more

Junk Pros - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - San Ramon, California

Junk Pros is our #1, #2 and #3 choice for hauling services. We have used them three (maybe four?) times over the past 15+ years and have been 110% satisfied with their speed, quality of work, and overall just being REALLY nice people who come to our house. For everyone: YOU HAVE WAY MORE JUNK THAN YOU THINK!!! I think 1/2 and it fills 3/4, I think 3/4, and low and behold, I fill the whole darn truck!!! Even with that, just drop by the website, download a coupon and use Junk Pros. They are a locally owned, small business. read more

Very unimpressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They tried to charge me $350 for 45 mins of work and gave me very unclear expectations up-front. I needed less than 200 square feet emptied of junk and cleaned after my tenant abandoned the property. The woman I spoke with told me they would be unable to repair drywall or to paint but would otherwise leave it in "move-in ready" condition. When she called for payment I asked to speak with the men who did the work since I was not present and wanted to make sure it was done thoroughly. They cussed at me and said they were "just junk removal guys" and "did the best they could". Apparently they were armed only with Clorox wipes. Had I had a clear expectation that they didn't do much cleaning, then I would have hired a different company and certainly wouldn't have agreed to pay $350 for only 45 mins of work to remove trash. Also, if you arrive to a job that you feel is more than you can tackle, then you contact the client to let them know that before doing a half-ass job and demanding payment, am I right? Very un-impressed by this business. read more

Junk Pros - This is the floor after their cleaning - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - San Ramon, California

My first interaction was with Julio who was very prompt in responding to my calls. He gave a good estimate based on pictures I sent. On the day of pick up, Ruben came with another person and it was a very nice and pleasant experience. They re-assess the load and give a new estimate. It took them about 25 min to load up the truck. The eventual price turned out to be in my estimated range. All great!! I'd highly recommend it for people in and around the San Ramon Area. Junk Pros are excellent in what they do! read more

Pretty simple, I called on a Friday afternoon about two couches I wanted to get rid of. They gave me a rough quote and got me in for the next morning. The guys came by a little after 8, took a little ok, confirmed the price and then took the couches away. Took maybe 25 minutes and now those old couches are gone! No complaints really, I appreciated how they squeezed me into Saturday morning slot as well. read more

I had a last minute need to get a pile of debris out of the way before an HOA walk through. Julio responded right away, and on the day of the job the team showed up a little early . On the phone Julio said the team would assess the "junk", give me a price and I could go with them or not. The guys were awesome - professional, friendly and got in and out fast. I would hire them again if needed, and would definitely recommend them. Thank you Julio and team - my neighbors are also happy to have the pile gone. read more

Julio was so nice and got us scheduled for a pick up very quickly. When the 2 guys came and filled 1 truck up we saw the need for another truck load to go and we wanted it done in the same day they were so willing to go dump the first load and come back for a second load! The guys were amazing and cleaned up so well! Thank you for your excellent service read more

Junk Pros saved us! Twice!! We had to move everything out of our 2-bedroom apartment in 60 days. It's amazing how much junk you accumulate in 15 years! Julio set up an appointment for us. He and his crew are very professional and polite. First of all, they arrived on time. They helped us bag up our junk!! That was a HUGE help. We filled up 2 truckloads but still had more junk. Julio set up another appointment a few days later. We filled up another truckload. We wouldn't have made our move-out deadline without Junk Pros. If we had tried to get rid of all our junk using our weekly garbage pickup plus Extra Garbage Stickers ($6.25 per sticker - 1 sticker per 30 gallon bag) it would have cost several thousand dollars and much than 60 days to get the job done. Junk Pros provided 2-person crews, energy, and did all the heavy lifting. We plan to hire them again to clean out our mom's house. They have all kinds of services besides apartment clean-outs. They also do yard debris clean-up, appliance clean-up, etc. I would recommend Junk Pros to anyone in a heartbeat! read more

I wish I can honestly rate them more than 5 stars because they helped me at the last minute. My fridge was completely broken down and rotten that even 1800GotJunk would not take it and wasted my time, but Junk Pros were the best and came right away and even did extra by cleaning some of my yard stuff. They are very professional and did all the work at such a reasonable price. Pick Junk pros because they will get the job done and I am very thankful for Julio and the workers Juan and Junior that came to my home and got the job done! I am extremely amazed for this service! Thank you Junk Pros so much! read more

2nd time using these folks and will defiantly being using their services again. Highly recommended as they responded in 1 day, were honest, hard working, and friendly! read more

A hoarding situation is never pleasant, but Julio and his team make it a easier process. They helped clear out all the junk on the property and even tore down and hauled away the shed structure. Took time off work to come home for a 12 noon appt. First I got a message at 10:15 saying they would be at my home as early as 10:45. No one showed. When 12:20 finally rolled around, I called to ask about their eta and they said they were still in Livermore finishing up a job! It was very hopeful to think they were going to finish a job in Livermore and get to Oakland by 1pm. Over scheduling your crew across multiple cities is just asking for these situations. Having to take extra time out of my work day because they couldn't be here remotely on time is not a good situation. Now I'm stuck having to find another company and try this again. When I read the one star reviews and the responses from Junk Pros, it never addresses the issue with lateness, etc. just lots of excuses or " the customer misunderstood". It's not rocket science to make an apt. for a service and have your crew show up reasonably on time instead of wasting my work day as well. read more

Our house came with a hot tub time machine and we weren't too sure about how to get rid of it. We looked around and to our surprise, Junk Pros does. We called for an estimate and it wasn't too bad. ~500 dollars to break it down and haul it away. They agreed to come on a Saturday morning to give us a full estimate in person and it was on... They showed up on time and came and actually quoted me something lower. they said it wasn't as big of a load as they thought and lowered it to ~400. Now how many places would actually be honest enough to do that? They brought out a saw and a couple of crowbars and 2 hours later, it was gone. Not only did they break it down and haul it away, they swept up and hosed the area down. Junk Pros truly exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. read more

I'll keep this review simple because that's exactly what this experience was. I called and asked them to pick up my box spring mattress. The guy on the phone said he can have a driver out in 20 minutes. Mind you its 4th of July weekend and most places aren't even open. Right after I hung up the phone with the office the driver calls me and says he can be there in 10 minutes So in short - called this place up just to get a quote and 10 min later the box springs were junked. Awesome team they have there read more

Not sure if this was the best deal in town, but it was a deal nonetheless. Purchased the 25% off Yelp Deal for a pick up service that was needed. Pros is right. They recycle what they can and then junk what can't be reused. I was able to schedule within a few days notice, they gave me a good estimate over the phone after I told them what I had, called when they were on their way, called when they were done and took payment over the phone. I received an email with my receipt within the hour. Very professional, friendly and customer service driven. I really hope I never have to use this kind of service again. Not moving again anytime soon. :-) read more

Great guys, great company, great service. Fast & easy. I was appalled to find out the Livermore Goodwill, the place I was told would come pick up my furniture to donate, told me they in fact, would not. Grrr. don't you WANT my amazing couch that I love so much and am having a hard time parting with? Total Cliff Huxtable-moment (couch-attachment issues). Yelp-ed this, of course, and found these guys. Julio was accomodating, helpful, gave me the price right then and we set up an appt. The guys showed up right on time, THEY TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS (yay- I don't always want to use my credit card), and up and out they went with my beloved couch. I am just gonna believe they took extra special care of it-oh, attachement, but they really were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. One less headache for me at moving time. Oh, and they're GREEN (its the Bay- no brainer ;p). Awesome. read more

Junk Pros did an amazing job. They were on time, and called early to confirm their arrival. They moved quickly and efficiently, were friendly, and completely professional. Due to the layout of our office, they had to travel through some areas for some related organizations, and were very respectful of those workers. If I had to move things again, I would 100% use them again. They were pleasant, on time, and their price was exactly what they said it would be. They fit a lot of stuff into that full truckload, and were amazing to work with. THANK YOU! read more

The office got right back to me and scheduled the pick up the same day. Benjamin and Anthony called and asked if they could come a little earlier than the appointment time. They showed up quickly in a clean truck. They were friendly, polite and efficient. They were careful to separate items for recycling and charitable reuse. They left the area clean. 35 years worth of junk is GONE!! I will definitely use Junk Pros again. read more

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!!!! Called for an estimate over the phone, had the men come out to see what was there, they phoned before they arrived (early no less!!), got the same estimate, they got there early and were done lickity split and cleaned the areas after they were done. :) :) Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! And yes, for those who want to know: well groomed, professional, clean, tidy, respectable, shook my hand, etc........ Thank you Chonnessey and Jack! read more

Very professional. Ben & Gabriel were prompt, hardworking, polite and absolute Tetris masters as they packed their truck with my stuff. Excellent service - especially as I was their 4pm pick-up on a day when it was close to 100 degrees in Livermore. They cleaned up well after themselves too - no small bonus. Will definitely be recommending them to more clients. read more
