He and Richard were both wonderful in terms of communicating when they would be arriving, confirming what they needed to take and what to leave, and were very professional and efficient overall. *COULD* i have done all that myself? Rent a truck, pack up my crap, take it to multiple locations to get rid of all of it - on top of even just figuring out what the hell to do with all of it? Maybe, maybe not - but the amount of stress they took off my plate was so so SO worth the price, especially when they made the entire process, from booking to service to payment, so easy and convenient. I'll definitely use them again the next time i inevitably build up a new pile of junk for me to stress over

Victor Jr. worked with me to price the project based on pictures. (If you haven't used a junk removal service before, they prefer to come in person to give you a quote and take things right away. But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.

We first started using Junk King about a year ago after hearing wonderful things from friends and neighbors. That's when we had the pleasure of meeting Roland and his team, who helped clear out years of junk left behind by the previous owners. From there, Roland became part of our remodel journey--always showing up with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help. Honestly, I've caught myself wishing he worked for me full-time! Fast forward to today, we recently hosted a big family gathering in our newly finished home. With all the extra trash bags afterwards, we made one quick call--and within hours Roland and the Junk King team had everything cleared away. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you, Roland and our Junk King Angels, for making such a difference in our home and our lives. We are so grateful!
