We paid them $7,000 -- a wildly overpriced amount -- but because they did a good job for us in 2022, we trusted them again. That trust was a huge mistake. It is now three months later and my yard is still in complete despair. The owner, Joe, specifically agreed to also remove the stump, and yet it still sits rotting in my backyard. Because of this, weeds have overtaken the space and my family hasn't been able to enjoy our backyard the entire summer. I have called, texted, and left voicemails multiple times. Joe occasionally responds just enough to string me along, then disappears to chase new projects and new customers' money, while completely ignoring the work I already paid him for. His behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely disgraceful. At this point, I've contacted officials, and my attorney will be handling this matter moving forward. Amazing cleanup. Other than the hole where the tree used to be (and a broken gate), you could not tell that anything had happened. Photos below show the way things looked before any work was done, how things stood after a friend took all the limbs off the tree and how things look now. Highly recommended.
