Sometimes Big 5 charges a lot of money for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. This is why I look at the sales, because often you can find some neat items on the cheap. Service here is fair. Sometimes you need to make some effort to get employees to notice you. Other times they are on it and are ready to assist in any way they can.
