I began my journey with multistate in March and finally in July Integrity Auto mechanics in Colleyville fixed my problem after I had spent almost $6000 with multi state. My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. Thank you, Matt at integrity auto. Go there first before you go to multistate it'll save you a lot of money.

I called to see if they could help me fix the issue. They told me I had to return to the shop and get it fixed. I returned, and saw a screw was missing from a part they had taken off. It was likely pulled off because they had said during my first visit that they were struggling to find a screw to remove it. That plastic scraped during the drive back and had become disfigured and no longer properly fit. A different mechanic from my previous visit was able to put it back on "in hopes it doesn't come off". The part is damaged, the covering they removed does not properly serve its function. The owner/mechanic on duty was in denial about it (even though he never went to check out the car's damage during my second visit). I now need to take my car to the dealership to get the part they damaged (and didn't admit to it) to be replaced. Took three mechanics to do an oil change, and they ruined a car part in the process. Mistakes happen, but not admitting to them and not trying to make amends is poor service and character.

This is a job that would of cost more than my car at another more expensive shop in grapevine who said that my car needed a knock sensor, and an upper manifold gasket. Labor alone was over 300 bucks at the other place! I ended up getting my car fixed for $150 bucks... and they gave me a 30 day warranty on the new sensor. great people! They spoke English and Spanish! Its been 6 weeks since i got my car fixed and it's still running like a champ!

Two days later, the same car was totalled by hit and run driver. Tires were not affected. I tried to get my money back on the tires, but owner of shop refused to do so even with receipt. Phenomenal Customer Service at Texas Auto One…read more I can't say enough good things about this place. My car was unexpectedly stuck in a store parking lot about five miles away, and we just happened to come across the owner of Texas Auto One. Even though he wasn't actively on duty at the time, he didn't hesitate to help us out. He immediately sent one of his mechanics with us, who came prepared with a battery charger. The mechanic got my car started and drove it back to their shop. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery, and only charged me for the cost of the battery--no extra fees, no labor charges, nothing hidden. The owner was amazing--down-to-earth, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us. I've dealt with a lot of auto shops in the past, but the honesty, generosity, and kindness we experienced here was unmatched. If you're in need of car help in the area, Texas Auto One is absolutely where you should go. I'll definitely be back (hopefully not out of necessity next time)!
