Tommy was extra-helpful during my visit! We were traveling from out of town and had a strange warning suddenly appear in our van. We stopped and Tommy took the extra time to look several things over even though we were only in the air check lane. read more

I make an appointment prior to getting my tires rotated. Service is fast if you get there precisely at 8. I prepared coffee as I waited and purchased new windshield wipers. The waiting room chairs are comfortable and aren't worn down like most places. Staff will do a tread depth tire reading and discuss when it's time to change them. If you need new tires they have deals year round. I feel the value of my tires and what I paid 2yrs ago are paying off. read more

Jacob was absolutely incredible. He was super helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and will definitely come back because of him.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff here at the Discount Tire Forest Hill location. Zack (mgr) went the extra mile and took care of all of my tire and wheel needs for my 5500HD Silverado 4x6 truck. Confirmed correct application for my specialized load, speed rating, and off road requirements. Will refer others to this location as they can handle HD (medium duty) trucks and specialized application requirements. Great Job to Zack and his crew! Thank you for being so patient with all of requests. read more

Unfortunately, I got a nail stuck in my tire. My boss said, I could come here and they would fix it for free. I was like, I don't think so? But, he was right. It was free99. Discount tire is located off I-20 and Wichita. It's easy to see but you cannot use the access road to get to the location. You have to go around back. I think this is really inconvenient. Oh well. I walked in and almost every seat was taken A young tall guy helped me check in. He told me it would be a one and a half hour wait. He was actually pretty close to giving an exact E.t.a. It took an hour and forty minutes. It was worth the wait because, they washed my tire to see if there anymore punctures and it came out so clean! They repaired my tire for free so I didn't mind the wait. I completed a review and read a book. To summarize things, they have good customer service and they repair and wash your tire for free. So blessed. read more

feel like getting scammed then come here. was buying a new tire pressure sensor and that's all I wanted and told the rep helping me that's all I wanted too. the rep said they will do a FREE alignment check. when I went to pay they wanted to charge me for an alignment I never got and then wanted to charge me for them to check. This was the same rep who said they would do it for free read more

Nathan was very helpful and understanding, and I really felt like I was guided to the right tires for me instead of just selling me the most expensive thing available. I came in at a busy time on a Friday, and the service was relatively quick considering the large amount of people who had arrived before me. read more

Came for an air-check, number 1, not sure why they set the sign where you come in first and then forced to go right back out to go in next door. Then I asked the kid to check all of my tires, but I knew one was low for sure. He did the one and said I'm all set. And then I said, no, all of them. He did two more. I started to drive off, and noticed I had one more low-tire alert. ‍ I did not have time to go back and I won't be back. read more

So I got my tires here. They had a 50,000 mile warranty and I purchased the extended tread life warranty they offer per tire which was supposed to cover replacement if the tires wore down prematurely. The tires I bought had a 50,000 mile warranty. By 25,000 miles, they were practically bald. I have no alignment issues and I get regular rotations / balances at Discount Tires. I was told I needed to replace them again at around 25,000 miles. I was told I'd get a discount proportionate to the tread I didn't get out of the tires. That was a lie. I ended up paying more to replace them (early) than the tires cost me last summer. I get that part of that is inflation, but still. I didn't expect to have to buy new tires after only driving 25,000 miles. What pisses me off is that I bought the extended tread life warranty for each tire. So the premature balding should've been covered. They honored this for ONE of the 4 tires, but pretty much charged me full price for the other 3. And again, this is WITH their so called tread life extended warranty. I will never buy tires from this company again. I will stick with Goodyear. read more

I pulled up for a air "free" check! I guess because I didn't buy tires today, like they offer you, I declined..so I guessing I don't qualify for a free air check?? They guy put no air in my tires read more

Ive had a busy few days. I've been trying to register my car for almost a year. Only because I haven't been home to register it, I travel for business. 1st inspection I failed due to a busted taillight and bald rear tires. In a crazy scramble, I have been trying to get it fixed this week before I leave again this week. Enter discount tires, I have a specialty tire which dew chain stores have in stock, in hand. The night before I was looking up tire stores near me to get a new rear set. Luckily this Discount tires had my tire in stock. Around midnight the day before I went I made an appointment, this Discount tires wasn't the closest but it had my tire. On my way there I got a call asking about my appointment and what I needed. I told them which tire and they said they would have it ready. I got there and it was pretty early so not at all crowded. They promised it in 45 mins, I got it in less time. Got there at 9, prolly out of there 930. Great speedy service and got me out of my name to get my car inspected and registered. Thanks you DTC. read more

bought new tires.$1100-1200. wont maintain air pressure. numerous returns, numerous waits. tire's still won't hold pressure

I had a screw in my rear tire. Guy found it right away and got me a free flat replacement. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Love this place read more

Discount Tire-everywhere-is amazing. Traveling to South Texas when I got a low pressure warning. I was near Discount Tire-TXD46-so I pulled in. Tony was so helpful. So nice. Thank you for the outstanding service. read more

Air check took about 30-40 minutes just to get up to the friggin' guy to get my tires checked. Apparently Discount Tire cares more about penny pinching then actually having good service when there's a string of cars needing their tires checked and they just have one guy doing it. Discount Tire, in the future anytime the temperatures drop sharply have all hands on deck for air checks. No excuses. This grievance isn't just limited to this location. read more

I was in line for an air up an the attendant noticed how low it was and said it really needed to be taken off to take a closer look. I noticed it was low but so glad I had them check it out. This store is always very helpful and courteous. You may wait sometimes but it's worth it. I like that they take their time to ensure the repair or service is accurate and complete. Keep up the good work. read more

Ordered special 4 wheel drive Goodyear Wrangler tires in morning, had them at the shop by afternoon and installed same day. They called when tires came in. From time I arrived to put them on until I was driving out was less than an hour; best service of all the discount tire locations read more

I got a set of 4 new tires about a month ago before I moved to Texas. I paid for the warranty and all the extra jazz. Today I had a flat and stopped, threw on a donut and went to this discount tire. Instead of my warranty covering it I was told I had to pay $45 because they claimed the tire was too messed up to patch because it was driven too long while flat even though I immediately pulled over and switched a donut on it. Plus they didn't have the same tire so I had to get one that was a little more expensive and then renew the warranty. What's the point of paying for a warranty if they want to pull this? Will definitely not be using them anymore and highly recommend you don't get scammed by their tactics. read more

I feel like everyone leaving bad reviews are just entitled people who feel like everything must be stopped in order to satisfy them. Every time I've gone it's been a perfect experience. Everyone is nice and just want the best for your tire needs. One of my homies used to work up here too and he go hard. But anyways good customer service and they won't sell you the most expensive tire just because, they'll recommend what's best. Everybody else with bad reviews just a playa hata. I had recently spent the morning at another discount tire location and was on my way back to my office when the "check tire pressure" alert came on again. I had just left the other store and was already too far to turn back when I saw the sign off the highway and pulled in. I went in and explained to the gentleman that I had just been to another location and wasn't sure what was wrong. He was so helpful and sweet and told me he would look at it and understood I had already waited at the other location and he would fit me in. Ryan and the staff there were phenomenal. He replaced the bad tire that was making the sensor go off at no charge. I love this company. I love the staff and have never had a bad experience no matter which location I go into. I am a customer for life. Thank you Ryan and all the guys at the Forest Hill Discount Tire! read more

Waited a long time and eventually just gave up waiting for a tire pressure check. Workers even passing me by. Wow.

Had a hole in a tire, in for repair. Was told that it would take one hour, it took 2 1/2 hours to get to me plus they broke a wheel stud off. Now I have to go to another shop and waste my time having their mess up repaired. Not happy with the service, will not go back to this location. read more

We bought our tires from here a few months ago, and recently got a nail in one of the tires so we came back. If the tires are theirs and it is something they can repair they do it for free. If you find yourself here, ask for Irving, he is incredible! He was so polite and answered all my questions. He even spoke to my husband over the phone multiple times to address his questions. He explained things thoroughly and gave us every option he could to make it easier for us. read more

I used to love discount tire. I always got the extra coverage should something go wrong with my tires. Now the one time I need to use it and they're telling me that my tire is 1/32 of an inch under the tree for coverage. Complete BS! I will never use or recommend discount tire again. If you do use discount tire, do not come to this location! All they care about is getting your money. read more

Had a tear in my tire. i needed two tires ASAP. I went and ended up waiting over an hour. I told them I was leaving, and they gave me a new price on my tires and put them on a little quicker. You can get a good deal on tires, specially if you had to wait for a long time. read more

I came in here today for my tire to be repaired and was completely ignored. I was not only ignored by 3 workers but the manager too. They didn't even ask me what I wanted nor did they say, "we'll get to you in just a moment ". Everyone just walked off. So, I said, "can someone please help me or say something"? The last time I was at Discount Tire, I was there because I needed to replace two tires before getting my car inspected. I knew the tread was lacking. I knew I had to get new tires. The dude at this Forest Hill Discount Tire said to me, "You know, you have room for a full sized tire instead of a donut tire in your trunk." I was replacing two tires for inspection reasons but one was reasonably still good, at least good for a spare tire. He sold me a tire rim so I could have a full sized spare instead of a donut tire. And what a relief that was. I had a flat yesterday. And instead of having to shut everything down taking care of the problem, I had a full sized spare and plenty of time to solve the problem. I stopped at a different Discount tire at a different location? No SERVICE. F This. I have a full spare tire. I can take my time and go to a good location tomorrrow. I will be back at the Forest Hill location. I watched many people walk out prior to us doing the same. Thank you Forest Hill location. I really appreciate your advice. read more
