Rob was nice and clearly knew his stuff, but I didn't feel I got the chance to try the clubs I wanted to because of the rush. I was asked to choose 2 from TaylorMade, Ping, or Callaway GI irons based on looks, and then we would try the shafts. I asked about trying the Titleist but was told they wouldn't be a good fit for me. We went through a few shafts; it seems like some of the standard choices weren't available, so we ended up with upgraded shafts. I ended up with the fitting documents and was told I had to purchase the clubs before I left, or the fee wouldn't be credited. To be fair to Rob, that's a company decision, not his, but I already felt rushed, and then, all of a sudden, I had to make a decision immediately while someone else was booked in and waiting for Rob. In the end I paid for the fitting, walked away, and booked another fitting elsewhere. In hindsight, I should have just picked up a wedge. The clubs I was fitted into at Golftec were at the bottom of my options. The other place gave me 2 months to order clubs and get the fitting fee credited. I've now ordered a full bag, and for the irons, the data told me the T350's were my best option. So I went with Titleist in the end.

RoboGolfPro offers an extensive amount of services including fittings and even practice bays! The price for what you get out of a lesson here is outstanding, there's just no beating it! Let me tell you about my coach Jerry. Jerry has by far been the most patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional coach I've ever had. He goes above and beyond what I expect a coach to do and doesn't force you to become something you can't be. I've had times where work interfered with my schedule and he's adjusted his schedule to fit mine. The facility itself is well taken care of. The bays are clean, the faculty is amazing and friendly, there's fresh cold water onsite for you to use, the bathroom is clean and they even make sure that the bays stay working 100% during your practice sessions! If I ever come back to Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here. In total I've had maybe around 15 lessons here and my swing has never been better! I feel confident that everything I've learned here applies in every aspect of golf. Thank you Jerry and faculty members!

I putted to the green on a couple of the holes. The improvised tee's where just plopped in the fairway. I get it that the courses need to do reseeding, but work with the golfers. What's upsetting is that we still had to pay $49 for golfing half of the course. So why not charge half the price to golf?? The greens where recently aerated and that didn't help the putting. The bunkers where like hitting off of concrete. They don't provide towels for golfers, just water. They don't seem to compensate the golfers in lowering the fees to golf. I paid less to golf at a course a mile from there. A full par 72. Bottom line, we weren't happy having to pay full price for a round.

I frequently shop at this Golf Galaxy location for my golf supplies, clothing, and accessories…read more Unfortunately, today I experienced the worst customer service I've had here, and it came from a cashier named Desiree. This was my second time being rung up by her. When I visited on Thursday, she informed me that I would receive $10 off after spending $50. Today I returned and made a purchase of around $100, so I mentioned what she had told me previously. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she laughed at me and said, "You must be hallucinating." I was honestly shocked. That response was completely disrespectful and inappropriate to say to a customer. If there was confusion or if the promotion only applied to that specific day, she could have simply explained that there was no reason to mock or insult me. A manager was eventually called and clarified that the promotion was only valid for that particular day. That explanation was fine, but Desiree could have handled this professionally from the start instead of making assumptions and speaking to me in such a rude manner. I spend a significant amount of money at this location and do not expect to be treated this way by someone who is supposed to represent the company. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior moving forward.

So imagine our frustration when my fiancé and I drove 20 minutes to this Stephanie location at 6:00 AM, ready to get our workout in, only for him to be told he couldn't work out because he was wearing slippers. I completely understand having safety rules around footwear while actually exercising. What frustrated me was the inconsistent communication and enforcement. If this is a strict policy, it should be clearly communicated and consistently enforced across locations--not something you find out after driving 20 minutes to the gym and getting ready to start your workout. And honestly, I see plenty of high school and college-age members coming in wearing slides/slippers with their friends all the time, which makes the situation even more confusing. It was 6:00 AM. We made the effort to get up early, drive 20 minutes, and start our day with a workout. Being told at the door that my fiancé couldn't work out over his footwear was incredibly frustrating. What makes this even more disappointing is that we've been to multiple EōS locations and have never experienced this issue. If the rule is closed-toe athletic shoes, make it clear to members and enforce it consistently. We left frustrated--not because we don't understand safety policies, but because this could have been communicated much better. A 20-minute drive at 6 AM just to be turned away is not the way you want to start your morning. Shoutout to the front desk girl who showed no empathy. Like we're tired too, we're just waking up and just trying to set the mood for the day. Also, how you gonna turn us away but another guy walks in with sandals after us and is able to workout?
