    I have been working with golftec for about a year. The absolutely only way to get golf lessons. You get video feedback, foresight feedback, and all of the angles of your golf swing immediately. Sign up for a year package with Tim and you won't be disappointed! He was assist you in developing a plan to increase your capabilities in all facets of the game. I have worked with different coaches at local golf courses and their instruction doesn't even come close to the technology and expertise of the coaches at golftec!

This was my second time being rung up by her. When I visited on Thursday, she informed me that I would receive $10 off after spending $50. Today I returned and made a purchase of around $100, so I mentioned what she had told me previously. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, she laughed at me and said, "You must be hallucinating." I was honestly shocked. That response was completely disrespectful and inappropriate to say to a customer. If there was confusion or if the promotion only applied to that specific day, she could have simply explained that there was no reason to mock or insult me. A manager was eventually called and clarified that the promotion was only valid for that particular day. That explanation was fine, but Desiree could have handled this professionally from the start instead of making assumptions and speaking to me in such a rude manner. I spend a significant amount of money at this location and do not expect to be treated this way by someone who is supposed to represent the company. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior moving forward.

Had to walk around the store for an employee to pick up my online order, went to this one employee who didn't bother to look up at me when telling him what I need, dude did not even walk with me to help me process the order, just told me to go to the non existent cashiers at the cash register. There was no one around him for him to attend to after me. I ordered a new condition Scotty Cameron for pickup and this thing didn't come plastic wrapped and also came with the wrong headcover. I had a phantom 9.5 and it came with a center shafted headcover. Don't pickup clubs from this store, just order online. My "new" putter has scratches and dings. Good to know that this place has yet to compete with club services that is like PGA superstore. I asked if I could get a service done on my putter the same day and I was told to go to the back and meet "Chris" and and it's the same dude that told me to go to the cash registers for my pickup. Apparently Chris refused to do service on my putter as he wasn't comfortable with doing the service. Dude got hired to do nothing except make people uncomfortable. The Golf galaxy at Summerlin is at least better than this place.

RoboGolfPro offers an extensive amount of services including fittings and even practice bays! The price for what you get out of a lesson here is outstanding, there's just no beating it! Let me tell you about my coach Jerry. Jerry has by far been the most patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional coach I've ever had. He goes above and beyond what I expect a coach to do and doesn't force you to become something you can't be. I've had times where work interfered with my schedule and he's adjusted his schedule to fit mine. The facility itself is well taken care of. The bays are clean, the faculty is amazing and friendly, there's fresh cold water onsite for you to use, the bathroom is clean and they even make sure that the bays stay working 100% during your practice sessions! If I ever come back to Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here. In total I've had maybe around 15 lessons here and my swing has never been better! I feel confident that everything I've learned here applies in every aspect of golf. Thank you Jerry and faculty members!

You're slicing." Yeah, I know that. What I needed was someone to tell me why and show me how to fix it. No one ever did. Then I came across ROBOGOLF and Joel. I'll admit, I was skeptical. But after just one hour--using all their tech and tools--things started to click. Joel didn't just tell me what was wrong, he explained why, and broke down exactly how to correct it. Suddenly, it all made sense. Four lessons later, I'm a completely different golfer. Every session builds on the last, and I'm picking up real skills with each one. I'm in it for the long haul now--ROBOGOLF is helping me improve, and I'm here for it. Huge thanks to the team!

During the week, there's almost never a wait, something most people don't realize which makes it an ideal spot for consistent practice without the usual crowds. Lately, I've been meeting my nephew here for our regular range sessions, running a few hundred rounds and working on tightening our grouping. It's become a great routine for both of us. A huge part of why we keep coming back is the staff especially Chase S. His guidance has been outstanding. Whether it's reinforcing the basics or offering more advanced marksmanship tips, he's been patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping shooters improve. The progress my nephew has made is a direct reflection of that support. If you're looking for a clean, safe, well‑run environment to train, learn, or just enjoy some time on the range, this is absolutely the place. He was a larger, heavily tattooed guy wearing glasses who kept mentioning his "military experience" while lecturing me. He told me the firearm I wanted "wasn't good for a woman," criticized how I held it in the few seconds it was in my hands, well yeah hello there was 4 other people in aisle with the used guns of course imma be holding it a different way I'm not about to be pointing it at them! Anyways he then started running through scenarios about me clearing my home and someone taking the gun from me. The entire interaction felt like he had already decided I shouldn't have one at all, which is not his call to make and not what I was there for. What made it worse is this isn't even my first firearm (it's number 8) , which he never bothered to ask. Even if I was new ...bro everyone learns somewhere, and the whole reason I was there was to purchase my a new one and add it to my collection and continue training with it and learning more about it in classes. Instead I was treated like I didn't belong there in the first place. I ended up walking away with my child because I was so frustrated and uncomfortable, while my husband stayed behind to finish the interaction. I will not be returning to Bass Pro for any firearm purchases. There are plenty of local shops here that treat women like capable adults, and they'll be getting my business from now on.

We talked about the pros and cons of multiple pairs, taking my specific needs into account. I felt satisfied with my selection and made the purchase. As a giant chain store, they have equipment and clothing for almost all of your athletic needs. I really most appreciated the service. That's what would bring me back here.
