The dryer at home is still busted, so I'm at Junior's Coin Laundry, while Hubby is helping a coworker with her computer. This place is easily twice as large as the 24/7 place in Twinsburg we went to last week. The coin machines are out of order today, but there's an attendant at the desk here to give change. Well, for the last 3 1/2 years, this has been my go-to laundromat, even when I moved from Willoughby to Euclid. Unfortunately, today I left 4 dryers running while I went to grab my food order, and upon my return, retrieving my laundry and making it home... I realized someone had taken the peach plush cover to my bathroom toilet seat. I called, but the attendant didn't seem very helpful interested in my issue. I pass multiple laundry facilities to get there, never expected to have this kind of experience there. read more

Junior Coin Laundry has gone so downhill over the last few years. Here's why: - staff consistently park directly in front of the entrance and smoke in their cars. This takes up prime parking in a tiny lot - the washers leave clothes very wet. This requires much longer dry times - the dryers are terrible. I literally had 1 queen fitted sheet alone in a dryer for 35 mins and it was still wet around the elastic - half the machines are broken - the openings where you add detergent are disgustingly filthy - the staff have a bit of a bad attitidue. This used to be a good place to do laundry. I won't be coming back. read more

Use to be excellent. Pride taken in cleanliness of all machines, no slime or mold, filters cleaned every hour. Summer of 2024 employees aren't thrilled to be there, rather sit and talk. More and more machines broken, washers not spinning out right,need new belts,? Takes longer to do your loads as you need to wait for a working machine. Takes longer to dry. I'd rather just hop on to 2 at 305 and go to Bishop and Chardon Rd CVS plaza. In and out. Or go to the new laundry mat on Euclid literally just northwest of 305. But it's small. read more

the owner is all kinds of rude and stepped way out of line because i tried to start laundry at 5:50-6:00 and be has a sign up saying last loads by 6:30, he hit my feet with a broom and rushed me, and then said nothing to people coming in after me, and then wouldnt allow me to dry because poked at him when he ignored the other customers coming in "looks like Im not your last customer" and then i was asking him to just leave me be but he continued to harass me until i called police because was making veiled threats, saying things like ppl like you, and youre generation, and youre going to bag that washer up when its finished and leave buhe refused me service , be aware here very antagonistic of his customers, read more

Decided to go here because it was near the place my daughter plays volleyball and I needed to wash a comforter. I walked in and didn't see any big machines like at the other place I normally go to. The machines were cash only and there was no attendant to be found. Other customers told me that the person might be outside in their car. I waited a few minutes and no attendant ever surfaces. read more

I walked in about 15 min. after they were open. Everything was ready to go & clean, attendant was pleasant enough to explain how the machines worked. Large wash cost 5.50/ & .25 for 7 min of drying. Coin machine was working properly. Coffee and snack machine with good options!! Posted signs of Governors order. My child enjoyed making our YouTube Vlog here. Since we're on the road in our motorhome 12 months a year, I often search Yelp for a decent, clean, well equipped, and dare I add, economical laundromat. I found all of that at Junior's Coin Laundry in Willoughby, OH! AND there are attentive attendants on the premises. The front loading washers allowed me to add four minutes to the wash cycle for .25 and extra rinses for .25, creating a 44 minute cold cycle. I chose both options and was extremely happy with the outcome. The dryers tumble and dry nicely, costing .25 for 14 minutes. 28 minutes dried even my heaviest towels and jeans. Thanks Junior's Coin Laundry (and a special thanks to Jack, the manager, who greets his guests personally and introduces them to his laundromat services). I'll be back next year when we're back in Willoughby. read more

I walked in the door at Juniors Laundromat at 6:45pm in May 11th, the women working yelled at me the second I stepped my foot in the door and said "we are closed you can't do laundry here"! I told her the sign said you close at 8:00pm and that I'm only washing two loads and not drying, she proceeded to roll her eyes, cop a nasty attitude with me and then said "fine go ahead". Extremely rude, this is not how you run a business and expect customers to come back! I seriously hope the owner reads these reviews and has a talk with this employee! I most definitely will not be back!!! read more

Went in and started putting clothes in the washer. The guy there came up and said it was too late to start a load. It was 7:40 and the place closes at nine. I told him I didn't need to dry. Only to wash he said too bad last load is at 7:30. Read the sign on the door. THIS PLACE SUCKS! read more

The place is clean and neat, and that's the only nice thing about this place. The man at the desk was anything but nice, having a quick to snap annoyance response when I was trying to ask a question. Instead of listening to what I was saying he assumed and got annoyed. The dryers we kept picking didn't dry our laundry at all, even on high temp with a smaller load in. And the ones that did work, burned the blankets I had. We came here because our usual place was closed, next time we will just wait. Never coming here again. read more

Horrible experience AT LEAST half the time. First off, their hours change at whim (currently they are open until 8pm). If Jack is your "host," he requires the last load by 6:30pm regardless if you are not using dryers after the 40-minute wash. Jack the self-proclaimed "manager," who also indicated he speaks for the owner, has horrible customer service skills to the point of being rude. The music is so loud that he has to yell and he makes no effort to turn it down when customers enter. Seek alternatives, especially if you plan to come at the end of a hard days work, dashing home to load your laundry and supplies in the car to rush out to get one last big job out of the way before the weekend. You will be so frustrated and have to trudge home to empty the car of the STILL DIRTY laundry to fit the kids in the next morning. But first you will write a similar review that you promised yourself you would after the 2nd or 3rd time dealing with this guy. Then you will have to research laundromats to find the next closest one with decent ratings in a good neighborhood. It is too bad since this place is convenient, some employees are decent, and it is in a safe neighborhood even after dark. Hence 1 star for those positives, but they are hit or miss and any interaction with Jack after 6:31pm catapults the rating to the far negative. Beware. What a blemish on the Willoughby business landscape. read more
