But it is really handy and great for the local people as it really does have everything you could need on a day to day basis. It has men and women's and children's dedicated shops like Penney's. Ashley Reeves and Kids Zone. It has a hairdressers in the form of Peter Marks, book store, bank, building society, key cutters, shoe repair, chapel, deli, health food store and a really big and good Tesco's. There is lots and lots of parking spaces and a recycle bank including a bin recycling clothes.

It's the same style as Mango or Zara and other Spanish chains but more expensive and better made. They have lots of beautiful suede jackets, cashmere jumpers and leather shoes. It's all beautiful quality stuff. They also have a great sale section, when things are reduced, they're really reduced. Very smart work clothes and lovely men's clothes too. Extremely dapper.

I pointed out that it was in fact defective! She then refused me a refund as I did not haves receipt. Then she shouted over me that this was store policy!! Outrageous behaviour and illegal. No decency for customers whatsoever. When I complained I was offered a London number to Call.When I finally dig out a receipt on visa she resentful refunded me. Rude, obnoxious service. Off my list!!!

Sure it has clothes that have labels with ridiculous prices, which have been marked over with much smaller prices that are still as much as I would ever pay for clothes! And nothing here is particularly nice... I have a sneaking suspicion that the owners know this and have started to cater almost exclusively to the old-age pensioners who were the only other people in the shop. That and the smell of stake cigarette smoke made me get out of there as fast as I could while pretending to saunter!
