Love the clothes and the style of this store, however the managing staff are simply rude.
For an accasion, I bought a jacket in the store, on putting it on at home and closing it, literally for the first time, the middle button simply popped off, I was frustrated but quickly found something else to wear.
The Friday afterwards I went to exchange the item and the store manager did not apologise for the inconvenience said they would not exchange, only repair. I said that I didn't have the time to wait around for a repair job and who was going to pay for my parking (its about €16/day in Dundrum) she just shrugged her shoulders and sated this was policy. I stated that the goods were faulty and that I wanted the exhange, under duress she threw a replacement at me, she didn't even wrap it and place in a bag as they do when you purchase the first time round.
I wanted to try the item on but was so affronted that i did not feel confortable to do so in the store and ended up in the centre toilets instead! To my surprise the jacket was smaller across the shoulders despite being the same size! I returned to the store and thankfully another store assistant (who was lovely but not management) on measuring the shoulders confirmed this. I therefore asked for a larger size which she duly went and got however the size 12 (marked as 12) was actually a size 8 so I ended up getting my money refunded.
The manager never one offered me an apology for inconvience caused. If you pay high prices for clothes you expect a certain standard of manufacture and a modicum of customer service, and you should cartainly not leave feeling insulted!!! read more
