It's the same style as Mango or Zara and other Spanish chains but more expensive and better made. They have lots of beautiful suede jackets, cashmere jumpers and leather shoes. It's all beautiful quality stuff. They also have a great sale section, when things are reduced, they're really reduced. Very smart work clothes and lovely men's clothes too. Extremely dapper.

I pointed out that it was in fact defective! She then refused me a refund as I did not haves receipt. Then she shouted over me that this was store policy!! Outrageous behaviour and illegal. No decency for customers whatsoever. When I complained I was offered a London number to Call.When I finally dig out a receipt on visa she resentful refunded me. Rude, obnoxious service. Off my list!!!

Inside you'll find semi-casual/semi-formal clothing, mostly for women, with the typical shirts, jackets, skirts, sweaters etc. Of course it's a matter of personal style, but the clothes here do very little for me. It's simple and feminine, but just nothing special. They do have some nice skinny jeans, plain cardigans that are always handy to have in the wardrobe and some basic blazers, but I'd rather spend just a tiny bit extra and get a jacket that stands out.

(I don't believe this is fair and what can they say to the blind community?) My opinion is that the shop worker should also inform verbally as they do in boutique stores. I have no choice to accept a credit note but maybe this review will warn other people to think twice before purchasing from Mexx.
