It's the same style as Mango or Zara and other Spanish chains but more expensive and better made. They have lots of beautiful suede jackets, cashmere jumpers and leather shoes. It's all beautiful quality stuff. They also have a great sale section, when things are reduced, they're really reduced. Very smart work clothes and lovely men's clothes too. Extremely dapper.

I pointed out that it was in fact defective! She then refused me a refund as I did not haves receipt. Then she shouted over me that this was store policy!! Outrageous behaviour and illegal. No decency for customers whatsoever. When I complained I was offered a London number to Call.When I finally dig out a receipt on visa she resentful refunded me. Rude, obnoxious service. Off my list!!!

It's simple and feminine, but just nothing special. They do have some nice skinny jeans, plain cardigans that are always handy to have in the wardrobe and some basic blazers, but I'd rather spend just a tiny bit extra and get a jacket that stands out.

(I don't believe this is fair and what can they say to the blind community?) My opinion is that the shop worker should also inform verbally as they do in boutique stores. I am a disabled driver and was parked in one…read moreof their so called disabled parking spaces which I have discovered are not fit for purpose. My car was damaged in their car park because of the centre's very outdated standards. They refused to pay for the damage caused - their excuse: the place was built in 2005 before the current standards were in place. An uncaring, mean, unfair management with no sense of social responsibility to their disabled customers whatsoever. Appalling! Reflects really badly on the owners of the centre. I made a complaint to the UK owners about my treatment there but they haven't even bothered to respond. Beware parking there. Won't be shopping there again.
