Honestly I have had their coffee a couple of times now and it is honestly a hit or miss, which is why I gave it a three star. Sometimes they taste amazing, and others they are just horrible. I've made it my personal mission to follow this little bus all over the city many times over. It's always so nice to run into them at an event like the downtown NYE celebration or the midtown holiday pop up shops too. You have to follow their schedule in order to find it, but recently they have altered their schedule to be near the Myriad Gardens, Scissortail Park, or Commonplace Books during the pandemic. They always post on Facebook and Instagram, so check there for an updated schedule if you're looking for them. They also have a text message list that you can sign up for to receive the weekly schedule. In my opinion, coffee is the most important meal of the day, and I can always count on their coffee to be perfect. They make some of the best espresso drinks in the city. I visited the coffee bus for the first time the other morning after signing up for the text updates over the summer. It was cute! The baristas working were super friendly. I just got an iced latte with their house made vanilla syrup. I really appreciated that it was only a $0.25 upcharge for the syrup, but I probably should have gone without because it made it a bit too sweet for me, and I couldn't appreciate the flavor of the coffee at all. They did have some fall syrup flavors which was really fun. I was tempted to try one. They also had a few more unique drinks on their menu which was fun, but in general it was straightforward and not overwhelming. It made for a nice morning walk before work, and I love supporting local coffee. I'll definitely keep keeping up with the bus. read more

This is a food truck and there are actually two of them. One is a double decker bus and one is a tiny home and I must say they are adorable. They use KillR coffee, which is a locally brewed brand and I like it. They also make some inventive lattes. They made a latte on the "Manhattan" twist which was yummy and had an orange garnish (anything with an orange garnish is a win in my opinion.) One of the cool things about this food truck is there is seating inside. I really like that option. Pretty cool concept. I like double decker bus they have, its very unique. The people running this are very nice and good at what they do. I'm admittedly not super knowledgeable about coffee, so I can't comment on certain aspects but I've gotten coffee here with several other people on multiple occasions and my friends/coworkers speak highly to the quality and craft of the coffee made here. Have you ever had great tasting coffee on a double decker bus? If not, you are missing out- BIG time. It's a thrill. I picked up a hot cafe latte and enjoyed it in their upper level dining area. The drink was spot on. The baristas were awesome. They immediately welcomed us upon entering, asked us how are day was, what brought us in, and asked us how we enjoyed our experience with them as we left. It couldn't have been a more delightful experience. The bus is just the cutest thing you have ever seen. It is an old fashioned bus and as such, the stairwell going upstairs is very tight and the steps are pretty steep. Folks who have mobility challenges may not be able to easily access the upstairs dining area. There are a pair of stools on the lower level as well as a bench area that is near the area you place your order inside, though it is a very intimate setting. They have merch. It is cool. You can find it in an alcove near where you order on the inside. Their coffee mugs are very different that your average coffee mug. It has a tin-ee feel--like a mug you would take on a camping trip. I imagine it would retain heat well and it looks good too. Their an awesome crew rolling around OKC serving up amazing cups of joe. When you see them parked in a place near you, be sure to stop by and give them a try. Ok lets start off with the fact that the owners of this unique establishment are absolute dolls! That always makes everything better :) Their food menu is limited and varies from day to day. I tried the apple toast which included fresh apple butter and fresh sliced apples. Yum!! I paired it with a cortado. I have never tried one, but I'm sure glad I did! It was the perfect little pick me up I needed. The owner explained to me that everything they serve is MIO (AWESOME! ). The coffee also varies. One visit to Junction Coffee was all it took for it to propel to the top as my favorite coffee place in OKC. Of course "place" is really a bus with varying locations, so you have to check their schedule either on facebook or instagram. The owners, Nick and Lori, are super friendly, always smiling, and always engaging in conversations with their customers. The concept of Junction Coffee being on a double decker bus is just all out fun. You can sit on the bottom on a small bench and converse with Nick and Lori, or head on up to the tables to enjoy the view and read a bit of the history of the bus. Or maybe order the traditional English tea and pretend you're still in London. Unique flavors of syrups for drinks and specialty toasts are offered and changed out monthly (e.g. Irish cream syrup for March). My favorite drink so far has been the lavender latte. My favorite toast was the Prancing Pony, which was fig preserves, Brie, apple slices, and cinnamon. I am definitely going to have to recreate that at home. Because these change out every month, it is a big motivator to keep returning and try the new flavors they come up with. The only downside is that I recently saw they are closed for the summer and not reopening until mid-September. It's understandable; Oklahoma summers are brutally hot and there is no AC on the bus. Customers aside, this is especially miserable for Nick and Lori who have to stay on the bus the entire time when customers can drink, eat, and leave or just take their order to go. Still, it makes me sad that I have to go without them in the meantime. Swung by during the VegFest since my friends and I wanted something warm to drink. We grab our drinks and sat upstairs in the bus. Pretty cozy place upstairs but beware if you're a little tall.
