I came in for a 3rd session for my eye muscle strain and migraine. I've had the eye muscle strain since January and it was taking long for me to heal from the strain and the allergy season made it harder. After the first treatment, I felt muscle relief and was able to focus more. Second session I felt the nerve pain where she needled around the eye and sinus areas. For my 3rd session, she needled me more than usual. She said I had a lot of dampness and sinus pain. I had cupping done as well to relax my back muscles. Acupuncture and cupping helps with relief. She has a summer therapy to help you deal with the upcoming winter. I've posted a picture of her poster. read more

Dr Vicky is a healer! I suffer from chronic pain issues and have been going to this place for years and it has helped me tremendously with my pain management. Our entire family has benefited many times because of Dr Vicky and we are so grateful to have her to go to whenever needed. She is also by far the best acupuncturist we all have ever encountered. The facility is also very clean and everything is very professional. The friends that I have recommended this place too also have only positive things to say! Highly recommend Dr Vicky and Jun Yi Acupuncture . Thank you! read more

I had gout on my right ankle/foot. My wife advised me to get acupuncture because Western doctors could not help with the pain I was going through. I got my first acupuncture, which was not bad at all. However, she decided to give me a blood cupping to remove the uric acid buildup that had been collected on my ankle. I didn't know about it until she said this would hurt a little, and suddenly, she picked the skin where the gout was. I was shocked and covered my mouth from screaming. She placed the cup over the gout, and it was so painful, but I also felt a little relief. The pain was less painful, and my gout symptoms were much more bearable. I loved the service, and it was a great experience, which I recommend for anyone with gout. Thank you, Doctor Dang. read more

I have been through many Acupuncture Clinics and Eastern Medicine Hospitals in Canada, Taiwan, China and West Coast US because I had spine surgery when I was young. Only Dr. Deng is able to completely remove my back pain, inflammation and joint issues. Jun Yi clinic is the only one where they have expertise and methods on multiple areas to heal my body. Dr. Deng specializes in Eastern Medicine, Acupuncture, Electric Nerve Stimulation (E-Stim) and deep tissue cupping. Jun Yi Clinic also have 2 experts in acupressure massage therapy to finish off all your pain, joints, inflammation, cramps and migraine issues. It is weirding me out that they always know exactly where the pain in my body is coming from before they remove it, as if they can literally spot it right away. This is why I regularly go here now for over 3 years. I am not exaggerating that this clinic maybe the best in world, even better than big places I have been in China and Taiwan. read more

I have had my left knee replaced and am in need of a right knee replacement. I have paralyzing back pain, which prevents me from taking long walks. I was a little resistant but referred to Jun Yi Acupuncture by my sister, who has been using alternate methods for a while. I am 65, she is 70, and runs circles around me. I had my first appointment yesterday. I had the massage, acupuncture, and cupping. I know I cringed just hearing because of things I saw on TikTok, but I'm to the point where I can hardly walk 50 yards without pain. I'm not going to say it wasn't painful, but I have never had a massage, acupuncture, or cupping. The massage: hmm, I must have had little knots all through my back, but my lower back must have been a 5 X 5 knot on each side, and it took him a long time to break it up and relax the muscle. Acupuncture was less painful and a nice break before the dreaded cupping. First was a cupping vacuum, not bad, then... the real cups: ouch! Last night, my back looked like I was sucked by that creature from the original Star Trek that sucked all the salt out of the crew. Today, I feel the best I have in years. I dusted off my stationary bike that I haven't been able to ride in forever and took it for a spin. I told my wife to get ready because I feel like going for a hike. Thank you, Dr. Deng. See you next month! read more

I am a health care provider and am very aware when a service is provided because of only money or because of compassion - because of business or because of wanting to help the needy. Yesterday was my third time at the Jun Yi clinic and it was very satisfying. The doctor was receptive to my concerns and empathetic to my severe discomfort (pain). She embraced me with great consideration and patiently provided me with the advice and care that I needed. I also want to share that this place offers several 'free' complementary services, including cupping and moxibustion. The incredible massage is also pretty affordable. read more

Yesterday was with my third time seeing Doctor Vicky. I keep going back because she is knowledgeable, experienced, genuine and passionate. I'm an athlete and a server. I use my body most of the day and feel stress in my muscles and joints after a few weeks of nonstop. I usually get acupuncture, cupping and a message. Vicky is gentle and makes you feel at home. I slept a few times during my session because I was overly relaxed. My back and lower body feels rejuvenated after a session. Please investment in your health and well-being and Vicky will definitely assist you. -Edgar Rangel read more

I've been suffering from insomnia and stress for the last couple of weeks. I came to Jun yesterday for a treatment, and I woke up this morning feeling like a new person. I was skeptical about the procedure, but I decided to give it a go and it worked. She performed acupressure, electrical acupuncture and cupping--procedures that for a long time I've been postponing. From the moment I sat down to talk to Ju, I knew I was in the right hands. Thank you, Ju and Sinti. You are both masters of healing. read more

9/3/2019 Vicky is so experienced and great at acupuncture! She saved my eye! My left eye got inflated two weeks ago, it's red and swollen on upper middle of my left eye. I can't open my left eye when it grew bigger. I went to see two doctors and they just gave me anti-biotic eye drop and let me have rest for 2-3 weeks. I went to Vicky for acupuncture to heal my disorder of period last Wednesday afternoon, when she saw my eye, she said she can also do a acupuncture to heal my eye. Initially I was scared and nervous, but when she began to conduct the process, it was not painful as I thought. Vicky told me I should get better in 1-2 weeks, then you guess what! Magically my left eye recovered to normal from Saturday!(Only 3 days after the her acupuncture). I'm really grateful for the treatment Vicky did to me, now I can be back to work with my healthy eye! read more

I've always been a skeptical of Chinese medicine, but wow. I have been converted. This place is a real gem and I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I know I'm raving so hard it sounds fake but Vicky is seriously that good. I'm writing this because she really deserves more exposure for the services she provides at the prices she does. My mom has been a patient here for a long time and has been trying to get all her family and friends to try this place. My mom has horrible chronic pain from serious back injuries and Vicky has helped her so much. I, on the other hand, just suffer from the normal back pain everyone does nowadays. I get massages very regularly but have never tried acupuncture and never planned to. I was asked to fill out a very detailed form regarding my health and concerns. Most places that have you do this don't even look over it again but Vicky did. She gave me the BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD (and I've had a lot). I had told her from the beginning that I didn't want to do acupuncture (I really didn't believe in it). But her massage was so good and made me trust that she knew what she was doing that I told her I would try it. It didn't hurt at all (just tingly but that assured me that it was actually doing something). She offered to do cupping on me too but I didn't want the bruises during my trip so I decided to do that on my next appointment (yeah, I made another appointment to see her again before I leave even though I normally wouldn't get a massage so soon after). Vicky also opened early just to fit our schedule. Her office is small but that allows her to really focus on you. She is licensed to do everything she does and it's great to get all treatments by the same person because it's customized to your needs each visit. I will be visiting home more often just for her and will be looking for a place like hers in San Diego as well. Ask her about her packages for multiple visits because it is SOOOO worth it and you will save so much money in the long run. read more
