I've rented from these guys 3 times . The first two times were great . Last week I rented a water bouncy slide for my sons birthday . Originally I had wanted a bouncy house so I paid the deposit and then was told that the one I wanted was no longer available so I ended up getting the water one instead . Not a huge deal . After we got the water slide home and set up it our first impression was that it was really cool and the kids would love it . After looking closer at it , it was pretty clear this thing had been through a lot . It had at least 10 spots where it had been ripped and sewn together and you could feel a good amount of air blowing through them . I ended up spending most of my time watching the kids like a hawk and making sure they weren't too rough with it so it wouldn't rip further (which they stated would cost 100$ per rip if that happened) . Anyway , I can't complain about the company , the customer service , or the prices . The prices definitely beat out all other places I've looked at . * I've since spoken with someone from the company and they were awesome at addressing my concerns and assured me that they only charge for major damage ! I would recommend this company , the service , prices, and variety of products can't be beat ! Well worth the short drive from Salt Lake :)

I interviewed 5 candidates and Kenzie asked the right questions giving me the confidence she could do a good job. I typically plan all parties myself (I've planned and hosted many) AND I'm very picky so it was difficult for me to have someone help me. We chose a Swedish themed party and although she had no experience with this type of event, Kenzie did her homework and learned about the tradition so that she could provide guidance. We had 3 chiefs giving her direction, lots of changes and ideas coming from everywhere and in different timezones. Kenzie was flexible and willing to roll with the punches when needed. The highlight was the day of the event. Kenzie and her team set up the event, was there throughout the evening and then cleaned up. WOW, I was impressed! I cried as I entered the room because everything looked just like I imagined. I was the MC and hostess for the event. All I had to do was mention Kenzie's name and she was there to address my needs. She even thought of the little touches like making sure I had a piece of the cake, a floral wreath for my hair and copies of everything for memorabilia. The event venue complimented the cleanup. I ended up having a question almost immediately after submitting my online request, gave them a call, and they had already started processing my request. Service was super friendly and quick, and I was able to pick up my last minute rental a few days later. When picking up my rental, their staff loaded up my truck for me, which I wasn't expecting! It was super generous of them, and I was so grateful I didn't have to load everything up by myself. The table rentals here are wooden tables, so they're pretty heavy for one person to lift on their own and I was grateful I didn't have to load and unload them alone when picking up/dropping off the rentals. Pick up/drop off was super smooth as well. There's great signage and you just pull around to the side of the building and check in, and they load up the car. I had to book the same rental for a couple weeks later, and when I dropped off the equipment I was able to book with their team on site. Super friendly and helpful staff! I don't believe these are the cheapest rentals in town, but they're affordable and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Wow, I expected much more. The chairs weren't great. Not very comfortable and kind of beat up…read more Their hours and business practices could use a huge upgrade. Their pickup time is a 4 hour window in the middle of the day, so I had to send my out of town family members to go pick up the chairs because everyone else was working. They also did not specify a time to return the chairs. The only direction that was given to me in the email was that if the items were returned on a Sunday, holiday, or after 8 pm, I could incur additional charges. So I worked very hard to rent a truck, drive an hour away to my venue to pick up the chairs, and get to their warehouse in time (by 8 pm), and then found that there was no one to open the gate. I called multiple times, texted, emailed, and left a voicemail, but I ended up having to extend the rental for the truck and come back the next day to return the chairs. If Alpine Event Co. wants their products returned at a certain time and to keep a strong list of good clientele, they need to be more clear, more available, and more flexible.
