Lady who helped me with booking and picking up is Stephanie and she is great and very helpful. It was my first time with any kind of bounce house rental but she explained me the process very well and it was super easy. PHO was heavier than I expected but I had one of my friend to help so two of us were able to load and unload and set it up but I wouldn't do it myself next time. I would rather pay few extra bucks and have them set it up for me as I have constant back issues for past few years, otherwise two people can easily do it. Kids in the party had so much fun playing on this PHO and water slide with attached pool was their favorite. The bounce house was very clean. Highly recommend this place for your next party. Also if you see a Groupon just call her and she'll give you the same price!
