Steffanie was so thoughtful and called me to tell that there was a cancelation and the bounce house I wanted became available. She remembered I wanted it! Yay!!! The kids had a blast! I rented a water slide for a kid's birthday party about 3 weeks before the event. They were hard to contact from the beginning and getting photos of the slides & measurements was difficult. After I got it "booked" that week, they never called/texted to confirm leading up to the day like another company would. I had scheduled for them to come set up at 12pm and then come back and take down at 4pm. Now, this part was out of their hands, but our event happened to land on a day that there was freak weather and it started hailing like crazy right at noon (for about 10 minutes, then it cleared). So of course I didn't expect them to be there setting up, but what I did expect was a call or something to let us know what the plan was or if they wanted to cancel on us. They didn't call until 12:45 to ask what we wanted. When we said that we would still like it, but with no water, they said they would be there soon and didn't show up until 1:50 when they are located nearby. So we had to be wrangling kids for an hour waiting for them to arrive. When they DID arrive, the slide was FILTHY. I'm talking mud and grass everywhere. They said that since we originally planned on using water, they were going to clean it during set up (this thing needed to be power washed not just rinsed with a hose). So we then had to go get the hose out and hold the kids back to let them do a quick rinse which honestly just made it worse. Then when we were paying, the owner was SNIPPY. Like, she was mad that we wanted to pay with a card but never gave any indication before of how she wanted to receive payment. And then to top it all off: They didn't come back for the bounce until the NEXT DAY when WE eventually called them asking them to come get it out of the yard. IMO, just go with another company. I don't know how this place has good ratings.

He scheduled set up and take down time around our schedule. He set up, and took down, the GIGANTIC slide- we were able to focus on the party. Slide was clean and safe. He let me know that he regularly tests out the equipment with his own kids. Highly recommend! Will likely use again for another birthday party at our house.
