I wanted to leave a review because there was a recent situation where my son had an issue with another child, and one staff member in particular handled it incredibly well.
My son is autistic, and one of the things I am most grateful for is that he felt safe enough to go directly to a staff member for help. While I was trying to understand what had happened with the other child, this staff member stepped in and handled everything professionally, calmly, and in a way that was very age-appropriate. Honestly, they did better than many people I have seen work alongside children.
This is not the first time there have been issues between kids here, because it is a kids' park and those things naturally happen sometimes. What stands out to me is that every time something has come up, it has always been handled in a way that feels fair, healthy, and supportive for everyone involved.
It is clear there is good training behind the staff, both in who is hired and in how they are taught to handle situations with children. That consistency matters so much as a parent.
It has absolutely been worth driving an hour just to bring my son to his favorite place where he can get all his energy out. He loves it there, and honestly, I love the music too.
