All of our family said the meal was one of the highlights of a truly magical vacation. Additionally, we pre-ordered and had Chef Noah prepare two large pots of soup for us to enjoy the following days after skiing. They too were absolutely delicious. I'll admit that the Caesar salad was amazing as well as the bakery rolls, pasta, sauces (Alfredo and Marinara) and desserts, but the whole experience took a hard turn south with the Chicken Parm. The chicken was obviously pre-breaded and frozen from a food supply company. It was placed in an oven while still frozen and came out with that distinct rubbery texture that occurs when you don't properly thaw and then cook the chicken. There was no sauce and no melted cheese. So basically breaded rubber chicken stacked sideways in a serving tray. The signature "must have dish" was simply horrible. As I roamed and asked people how they were enjoying the food they all said everything was great except there was something wrong with the chicken. The staff was great and very attentive but to have a 4/5 on everything else only to have a bad 0/1 "signature dish" was a massive letdown. Hopefully they read this and make changes. Otherwise, avoid the more complicated dishes and you should be fine.

We had the chicken alfredo. The portion sizes were amazing and we have enough that we can have lunch another day with it. All the food was delivered right to our door. The containers the food came in were perfect for storing the leftovers AND will be great for reheating later. We ordered the cheese platter as a an entree too. The whole meal was perfect!
