Chef Noah and Sam provided a night to remember for my family during our family vacation in Park City. He was easy to reach, very easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free as we planned our trip. Not only was each course delicious, it was beautifully presented and paired with a wonderful explanation of the ingredients and preparation techniques. Chef Noah arrived right on schedule, was very professional, left the kitchen spotless when he left, and made us all feel very special. All of our family said the meal was one of the highlights of a truly magical vacation. Additionally, we pre-ordered and had Chef Noah prepare two large pots of soup for us to enjoy the following days after skiing. They too were absolutely delicious. The greatest endorsement I can give is that our 2-year-old granddaughter who never eats carrots or chicken devoured a whole bowl of Chef Noah's chicken noodle soup! Incredible food, experience, responsive and did not miss a detail. Gave Noah the challenge to create a 5 star picnic with food, decor and comfortable seating...all .5 miles in on a steep gravel hiking trial. So as my guests turned a corner on what they thought was a normal three mile loop they came upon pallets set up with flowers, pillows and a Asian inspired spread with such delights as spring rolls, salads and BonMi sandwiches. The work and determination he showed to make it happen was next level. And then that night he served up steak and shrimp for an elegant dinner back at the Private Home. The booking process and communication with Noah was easy and he was so willing to accommodate all the dietary needs and desires we had for a bachelorette party in Park City. Noah prepared a custom menu based on our preferences, and his expertise with seasonal ingredients. Total of 4 exquisite courses. He went above and beyond when we asked him for an additional mini cooking class on how to prepare crème brûlée. He brought one additional set of helping hands and she was a wonderful addition. What a miracle! I was throwing a 21st birthday party last summer and EVERYONE in PC was booked. Threw out the job on Thumbtack and was so pleasantly surprised by Noah. He listened to my requests and immediately sent a couple heavy appetizer menus to fine tune. He and Sam showed up, set up, cooked, presented a beautiful display of tasty original flavors, then cleaned up!!! Used Noah a second time for hubby's birthday party in Nov. This was one of the best meals we've eaten in Park City; on par with the very best of the local restaurants, and couldn't have been easier to set up. Noah and Sam were punctual to the minute in terms of arrival time, when the hors d'oeuvres were served, and when the main meal arrived. They also did a great and rapid job of clean up.
