The good: - Pricing was extremely reasonable for what we ordered, especially around a holiday. - Side dishes were fantastic. Simple things like craisins and cheese in the salad, excellent corn mix, and red skin mashed potatoes made the meal a huge hit. - Packaging. Everything came in good, foil pans with tight lids. I have a Cambro so it packed nicely in there to keep the hot foods hot. The "meh": Honestly, the ribs were not fantastic. Good, basic, "fall off the bone" (AKA cooked to far) ribs. A rub was non existent and the sauce they put on was really bland. I was in the minority of folks that didn't care for them which leads me to give them that 4th star up there. Apparently they do all kinds of catering and "meals ready to go" out of the Warehouse 22 Event Center in Syracuse. Looking forward to giving them more business in the futire.

I have my eyebrows microbladded so naturally it is outlined. She went over the line and literally into my eyebrows, chopped off the ends of my eyebrows, and even made my eyebrows uneven. How is that even possible with microbladded brows? I honestly hate giving bad reviews but as someone who rarely goes out to get their eyebrows threaded, I would 100% avoid this place at all cost. A little more detail: when she's on the phone and a client/customer walks in, she will continue to talk on the phone with no customer service etiquette. Sanitation: there is NO code here in terms of sanitation. I literally got bumps on the right side of my eyebrows due to this. This place needs to be shut down. The reveal session was fun, and Shae was very patient with us, and encouraged us to take our time in making our selections. It was hard because there wasn't a single shot didn't like. The editing was flawless, and undetectable. (Honestly, I never looked so good.) I highly suggest getting an album, I'm so glad we did. Shae customized the albums for each couple to include group photos as well as tpictures of each individual couple. We all love them.
