The email link on their website is written one way and populated as a different address when writing the email. It bounced back. I attempted to send several emails to different iterations of their supposed email address to no avail. Tried their chat support 3 times. Sent a text and left a voice mail. I've spent all day trying to contact them. I'll have to take up the issue with my bank now. If they are a legitimate business, they don't operate like one. I always try to support local as much as I can and I am really happy we have Pop Park City to cater us for any event. Let me start that their latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex! Not plastic and are biodegradable. They didn't stop there.... I love how they are very earth friendly because they even tell you how to properly dispose the balloon for it to biodegrade quickly! AND they can even do a pick up and they can dispose it for you. I inquired about a gender reveal balloon. They made it so easy for me because my husband and I do not know the gender so I had to have my only friend to call them to tell them the gender plus she's the only one that knows LOL. They even offered to pick up an envelope from you or call your Ob-Gyn. So another plus! At the day of the event, they arrived earlier than us..... another plus! They didn't just deliver, they waited for us and Jennifer introduced herself and she us so sweet, she gave us some instructions on what to do. Sure, popping a balloon seems so easy but actually how she showed me made sense and I won't tell you that detail, if you want to know you can place an order with them ;) Also, the event place does not allow confetti and glitter which my husband and I 100% agree on. BUT how do you make that happen in a balloon? Well, Pop Park City made it happen. They have a different material that's easier to clean and even made an effort to talk to the events manager to make sure that is allowed AND they were able to put tiny balloons inside this beautiful humongous balloon. I highly recommend them for any event!!!
