Then I received a call at 10:00pm stating they delivered too many tables and chairs and would be picking those up. This was at a private home where they went late at night and picked them up. I ended up having a question almost immediately after submitting my online request, gave them a call, and they had already started processing my request. Service was super friendly and quick, and I was able to pick up my last minute rental a few days later. When picking up my rental, their staff loaded up my truck for me, which I wasn't expecting! It was super generous of them, and I was so grateful I didn't have to load everything up by myself. The table rentals here are wooden tables, so they're pretty heavy for one person to lift on their own and I was grateful I didn't have to load and unload them alone when picking up/dropping off the rentals. Pick up/drop off was super smooth as well. There's great signage and you just pull around to the side of the building and check in, and they load up the car. I had to book the same rental for a couple weeks later, and when I dropped off the equipment I was able to book with their team on site. Super friendly and helpful staff! I don't believe these are the cheapest rentals in town, but they're affordable and I will definitely be using them in the future.

When me & my mom met with the owner in her home, she made us feel very unwelcomed and that we were wasting her time right from the start when in fact she was the one who picked the time & day for the meeting. I asked her if she does complete room draping (something that I've always wanted because it gives the room that extra romantic feel) and they don't even consider it. I asked her how they would hide certain things in the room that I may not like at the venue and she told me they don't cover things because it just draws attention to it even more than what it already does. I told her I do not want any of that ugly fake greenery because it doesn't match my theme, and she continued to ignore me. If you have a bride who is seriously considering your services, you do not tell her no or treat her like a lesser person. In the end I did find a company who does full room draping and ceiling canopies, my wedding was everything that I wanted, with no thanks to this "something borrowed" company.
