Of course, receiving an invoice does not always mean that things will be delivered on timeI would like to thank Purely Linens for making my life a bit easier. My family was hosting a celebration of life for my dad over Labor Day weekend. Once we received a final count of attendees, we realized we were short by 30 chairs. I called Purely Linens less than a week before our celebration and ordered the extra chairs. My experience with Bruce was amazing! He answered my questions and placed my order within a short phone call. I received an invoice, and we were good to go. Bruce and his crew delivered our chairs on time. The chairs were clean and in great condition. He also picked up the chairs within the time frame promised. Bruce's communication put me at ease. Sure, it was only 30 chairs, but under the circumstances he made our celebration that much easier. I will absolutely call Purely Linens for any future event that we have in the Salt Lake Valley. Do not hesitate to call. Their prices are competitive, delivery fees reasonable, communication impeccable, and they will make sure your party is a success.

I would not have used this company when I could have done it cheaper and less of a hassle. I initially liked the convenience, until they delivered it to the billing address instead of the event location. Then I received a call at 10:00pm stating they delivered too many tables and chairs and would be picking those up. This was at a private home where they went late at night and picked them up. I cannot recommend this company and won't be using them again. Way better company's out there who are more transparent and don't bait you with a coupon. Learned my lesson.

I ended up having a question almost immediately after submitting my online request, gave them a call, and they had already started processing my request. Service was super friendly and quick, and I was able to pick up my last minute rental a few days later. When picking up my rental, their staff loaded up my truck for me, which I wasn't expecting! It was super generous of them, and I was so grateful I didn't have to load everything up by myself. The table rentals here are wooden tables, so they're pretty heavy for one person to lift on their own and I was grateful I didn't have to load and unload them alone when picking up/dropping off the rentals. Pick up/drop off was super smooth as well. There's great signage and you just pull around to the side of the building and check in, and they load up the car. I had to book the same rental for a couple weeks later, and when I dropped off the equipment I was able to book with their team on site. Super friendly and helpful staff! I don't believe these are the cheapest rentals in town, but they're affordable and I will definitely be using them in the future.

We were planning this wedding from out of town and I had a lot of trust on this and I was excited to use this company, but I highly do not recommend using this company. I suggest you find a different rental company.
