It worked perfectly, no issues of deflating and the water connection to make the slide slippery and fill up the little pool at the bottom was SO FUN it was hard to get the kids to come and eat! The office staff is sweet, kind and super efficient, the $$ transactions were smooth, and everything that could have been done to help us, was done to the "T". Note: you *might* need a translator for the delivery and setup. We have family members who speak several languages so that helped, but the setup was terrific, the bouncer was clean throughout, both the bounce house and the slide worked perfectly.
