I have a Cambro so it packed nicely in there to keep the hot foods hot. The "meh": Honestly, the ribs were not fantastic. Good, basic, "fall off the bone" (AKA cooked to far) ribs. A rub was non existent and the sauce they put on was really bland. I was in the minority of folks that didn't care for them which leads me to give them that 4th star up there. We hired the service for our wedding and regret doing so. Please consider this review so this does not happen to you. We also communicated our immense dissatisfaction to Oz and never received a reply. It seems if you are not happy with their failed promises, they will not communicate back. Some aspects below: -The service did not start putting drinks until 1:30-1:45, when we requested the service start at 1 pm. Our party started at 1 pm and my guests did not have cocktails. This aspect highly disappointed us as we arrived at 1:15 to learn this. -He did not bring a shaker. This impacts what drinks can be make. If he was knowledgeable or experienced enough, he could have used pint glasses...we had pint glasses. We requested a full bar. -He did not make mocktails which was part of the reason we hired the service. He did not know how. -He did not know how to make Lemon Drop shots for the bride and her friends. This by far and away is most unacceptable to me. -Ran out of mixers, specifically club soda and juices. -My guest asked for a mojito. The tender did not have the mixers. No mint. -He was very slow with making drinks. The line was always at least 5 people deep, with only approx 40 drinking guests. -Through a conversation with the bartender I learned he was out late and hungover. I personally don't care what people do with their personal time, however, when it impacts our wedding, to say the least, again, we're most displeased. -Along those lines, we feel these comments are inappropriate items a hired service should EVER say to a guest. I was not there to hear this, nevertheless, do trust it was said given the level of service.
