Dirty mats

First time here and although the prices were decent the place was super filthy! Mats were dingy and food all over everything! Definitely need to shut down for a week and do some extensive cleaning and sanitizing!

Toddler Area

Came here for a birthday party and the kiddos had a blast. I have seven year old twins and a four year old. When you walk in the first thing you need to do is sign a waiver which gets emailed to you immediately. When we made it to the birthday area the employees would not place a bracelet on my kids until I showed them the waiver on my phone. The birthday party included unlimited jumping, a ride on the water ball and a $10 card for the arcade. The kids started with the trampolines. They have some areas that are designated for smaller kids and I did see an employee ask some older kids to leave the toddler area. The problem is that at various times the toddler areas are not being monitored. The water ball is a three minutes ride. I think this was not worth $5 per kid; the attraction looks better than it is. My twins were able to somewhat enjoy it but my four year old floated around the pool too scared to make the ball roll. Most of the day was spent at the arcade. The arcade games range from $1.00 to $3.00. Most games are $1.25-$1.50. This is too expensive for some of the games offered. If it was not for the fact that we got $50 worth of credits from the party host I would not have spent my money there. It's simply too expensive especially when these games are half the price anywhere else. My twins also tried the ninja warrior course. I think this course is for older kids. The course is hidden in the back in a dark hallway not being monitored by anyone. It seems like this was an after thought for Jumping World. Like I mentioned before, my kids had a blast and they really enjoyed the birthday party. The issue I have is with the trampolines being their main attraction my kids only enjoyed it 20% of the time there. The rest of the time was spent doing other activities that cost extra. I don't see us being able to enjoy this place when there is not a party to attend. It's probably cheaper to go to an arcade where the price per game is more reasonable.

Came to this location for a birthday party it was just ok you think when it's at a kids location they would keep all the party kids together. Not this place basically gave em a bracelet to go jump, Gave arcade card and called it a day. The kids were everywhere so it was hard to find them to eat when the pizza finally arrived.

arcades in the back

we have visited this place three times. its just like any local jump park. they have a toddler area which is what we really came for. A regular jump area for kids and adults and arcades in the back. They do not allow any outside food or drinks and they provide a food court area in the back. plus we saw sodas machines. Now the toddler area is made of 2 areas. A jumping court that's for kiddos under 5 years. and a little sliding area with balls. Toddlers pricing is $6 during the week and $8/hr on the weekends. The place gets packed and my baby did enjoy himself. My only issue is that bigger kids come into the toddler areas alot. I'm not sure why, it's so small. On our second visit there were a couple of big kids in the toddler slides. I saw one of the teen attendant and was like the big kids are in here and we have little ones here. He was prompt and got them out. we went yesterday and of course big kids AGAIN in toddler areas. we have never spent more than an hour here. the bathrooms looked decent. we have not had anything from the food court, so I'm not sure of the food or pricing. fyi bring socks!

We had my daughters birthday here. I would say it was just ok, nothing spectacular. The kids had fun. But it was rushed. A few kids got sick with colds afterwards so I'm not sure if it was a sanitation issue or something else. Guests said the bathrooms were nice. All of the trampolines appeared clean. My daughter wasn't big enough to do the ninja warrior course. But everything else was great fun for her and her friends. I didn't like that I couldn't bring outside food or drinks. Party guests got made about that but I wasn't about to pay $14.99 for another pizza when they ordered from papa Johns. No thank you. That's a rip off. But for the 10 jumper package you put $100 down, you get 9 jumpers in addition to the birthday kid. 10-$5 game cards. 2 pizzas. And 10 waters. Or 2 - 2 liters. Or half and half which I did. They decorate nicely but there isn't a huge space or any organization for personal decorations. I think we ended parting a totally of $300 for the whole party. Well not including presents, goody bags or cake. But to have it at jumping world it was $300 total with just basics package.

Terrible my kid got hit by an older kid in the dodgeball court and he can't hear from the left ear next time before the start dodgeball the jump Guard should tell kids not to hit hard I'll just take my kid to urban air instead

The Filter Building? More like The Furnace Building--because attending a wedding here in May felt…read morelike celebrating vows inside an actual oven. Choosing this place for a Texas summer wedding is practically sabotage, and I'll tell you why. Picture this: the bride, groom, officiant, and wedding party forced to stand directly facing the blazing sun at 5pm (all to get the lake in the background). Guests are sitting in direct sunlight, melting, turning the ceremony into an unbearable endurance test. Everyone spends hours getting ready, wearing designer, only to have your blazer turn into a portable sauna, your undershirt is now marinated in your own sweat, and your deodorant taps out like "I wasn't built for this." If you think alcohol will make this better, think again! You can't of catch a buzz because it's so hot that any alcohol consumed immediately escapes through your pores. If you thought you'll just go inside for relief, you'd be wrong again! Expect the interior temperature of the building only marginally cooler than outside, maybe a toasty 90 degrees. Once the doors mercifully open to the building, there's a mad dash to the smallest bathroom in Texas--three tiny stalls and one pathetic sink to service a crowd of sweaty survivors. Mirror? Vanity space? Not here. Prepare to freshen up makeup elbow-to-elbow with strangers, in line, like you're waiting for a ride at Disneyland (minus any of the joy). After exiting the bathroom you'll see the long, hallway-like layout. This narrow layout ensures that anyone seated towards the back misses everything happening on the stage. Guests were left shouting conversations over deafening acoustics and cheap concrete flooring. The cramped table arrangement created constant traffic jams and awkward, uncomfortable pathways just to move around. Outside was equally dreadful. The ceremony area was poorly designed, with an embarrassingly short aisle that robbed the bride of a proper procession. Photography conditions were awful, marred by either glaring sunlight or the shadow of the building (no sunset views). The spider-webbed oak trees added to the unkempt appearance, signaling neglect and lack of care. Parking was another disaster, forcing guests to navigate through a rough, unpaved secondary lot, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. Finally, if you were hoping for some redeeming aesthetic charm, sorry. You'll find none in this ugly orange-brick box inconveniently located far from any decent bars or entertainment. Brides, unless your dress code includes swimsuits and flip-flops, pick literally anywhere else for your summer or early fall wedding. The Filter Building has successfully filtered out comfort, logic, and fun.

Now that my husband and I have settled into life together I can do this review. My mom did a review…read moresome time ago but this is from my perspective! When I came to Jupiter Garden for a tour back in March 2024. I felt like it was the right place. We looked at many places, but this place fit our budget. I worked with Amber Williams, who coordinated everything, with which I had a great experience. She was with me every step of the way in planning. She went out of her way to get me information on anything I asked about. My wedding date was set for October 12, 2024. Everything ran smoothly up until a week and a half before my date. I received a call from Terry Badmus (the owner) stating that they let her go, which I was disappointed about. It's a business, and things happen. What I didn't like was that it seemed that I had to start my contract from scratch. I had received a text saying that I had a remaining balance, but everything was paid in full months before. I had to have an additional meeting with the owner to go over my whole contract. During this meeting, I was told I didn't have enough servers, had to pay additional for that, and was told one of the rooms we had was an additional 800. We opted out due to that additional charge not being part of the budget, and we still had catering, photographers, and videographers to pay for. And he was a bit unprofessional when it came to Amber. I didn't appreciate his berating of her service provided when I had a wonderful experience with her. He had another young lady take over for Amber. The young lady's name is Hiqmah, and although very nice, she dressed unprofessionally for our first meeting with the owner for the final walk-through as well as on the day of my wedding. On the rehearsal/setup day, we had to unexpectedly share that time with another bride and her family. It was frustrating because it was my time, and we got double booked. On the wedding day, we ran into some issues with tables and chairs for my guests, but the staff worked well to fix the issues before the guests arrived. Overall, my wedding was a success! The wedding ceremony took place in the garden courtyard, and the reception was inside. Pros: Decorum is included, and you get to pick what you want; it's spacious and accommodating for up to 200 persons; you can bring in your own food and or catering; you can do any additional decorations you want; staff was friendly and accommodating; dressing rooms were nice but could use a slight update. Cons: no kitchen, fridge, etc.; not many restrooms for a lot of guests; restrooms need an update.

For my wedding and it was the worst chose I could have ever made. Lack of professionalism. Over…read moreserved my entire family and friends including two minors. Claims they have security there and that wasn't the case. I ran around all night doing there "jobs" and couldn't find anyone who actually worked for the venue the entire evening after the reception started. Lastly, they proceeded to lock all my stuff I thought as decorations and put it in there storage closet. Pretending they didn't know it wasn't their stuff. You cannot trust these people with your money or belongings let alone family members.
