Extremely unprofessional, they should not be in business. They harass their customers, and I can prove it with a screen shot of the conversation. They kept insisting to drop off the jumper at the location where no one will be home just so it's convenient for them after telling them they can't leave it there outside because if something happens to the jumper, I do not want to be responsible for it and they replied "your funny" who speaks this way to someone? I called to speak to the manager to ensure that the jumper gets delivered the day I actually requested the service (Saturday) not today, not tomorrow and the manager said it will get delivered on Saturday. After speaking to him, i get a sarcastic reply saying "great". You are not speaking to your friend; you are speaking to a customer! It's ridiculous that they charge what they charge and still treat their customers this way. This business has been reported to BBB AND THATS JUST THE START OF IT. HORRIBLE AWFUL LIARS!!!! They brought a dirty ripped up jumper and tried to tell me they clean after each rental. That's such a lie because they didn't know half of the top was ripped off and when he went inside to cut off all the pieces of ripped tarp he picked up empty bottles and trash. Had to pick them up & the guy made my brother load everything himself and didn't bother to help him! When we set up the tables and chairs were so dirty I can't believe they let us take them like that. The entire seat was black! The party was yesterday and they still haven't picked up the items. I called to see when they'd pick up and he told me 2-3 days! If I would've known I would have the rentals for that long I would've never rented from them. Don't waste your time with this pitiful company. I was told that my jumper would be delivered between 7-11am. 12:30 pm rolls around so i call and am told that they would arrive by 1:15 pm with the lame excuse that they have a new driver and he doesn't know what he's doing. (Someone sure as hell didn't know what they were doing.) Obviously they never show so i call 3 more times and hear the same excuse. Finally at 4 pm i get a call saying they would have to cancel but could still drop it off til 8:30 pm for $125 or leave it overnight for the full price. Seriously?! Okay 1. The party is over at this time and 2. Why would i want the jumper overnight? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the truth isn't being told. If you're going to lie atleast be consistent. This was the worse experience I ever had. I decided to rent a jumper for my son on Christmas... They delivered and set up a jumper full of leaves and it had a hole in it. The guy said pick up would be at 12 noon, I was home all morning and waited... Finally at 2pm I called to see what time he would be here. The lady told me "he will be there later on" I needed a time because I was supposed to be at a family function at 1pm, driver called me said he could be here at 6. Left my family function was home by 6, no show until 8:30pm... And they did not notify me that they were here, they just went in my back yard and got the jumper... Very unprofessional company... I will never use them again. Especially after talking to the owner, who told me all I needed to do is put some duct tape over the hole and its a "quick fix"... THE BUSINESS OF RUINING CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES. Total jerks. DO NOT USE THEM! I threw my 6yr old sisters bday party. When I asked her what she wanted, she said cotton candy. We decided on luau theme. Every time I said "it's gonna be so cool, there will be..." She'd say "yay!! And cotton candy?!" lol. Yes, AND cotton candy! I ordered a snow cone machine because it was so hot, and ofc the cotton candy machine. Cotton candy machine didn't work. I called several times and was told by Myra (I think) that there was no technician available on weekends. I explained that I don't want a technician, I need cotton candy, it can be fixed . My sister told all her friends about the cotton candy, please help me!! Can I pick up a machine, can a driver bring a working one and take this one? I seriously wanted to cry and was counting on her to help me. She informed me that there were no drivers now. No drivers at 1pm on Sunday? Isn't the weekend their busiest (maybe only) business? And there's no picking up from the warehouses. Anyways, I was given crook Richard's # (owner) who never answered. Then when I called back the main line it said "please call back during normal business hrs.."uh I have ur machine AKA These Are Busuness Hours!! The snow cone machine was good but was said to be 80 servings. Which it was not. My brother who's 8 said this isn't 80?! He set out to count. There was 38. W flavored syrup 3 redish bottles, 2bluish, none of which were labeled. So no way to tell which is strawberry or whatever the flavors were. They were scheduled to pickup between 7-10pm. The party was not at my house. The owner of the house was waiting for them, they never showed nor called. I had no idea. The next day, Monday, at 1:15 pm I get a call from some idiot who speaks no English, yelling that "I'm here for machine!!! No answer!" they never called to say when they're coming? The next day. Oh and no compensation of any kind. I paid full price. sister would have been happy if she got the machine for an hr next weekend and have a few friends over.. My daughter is turning 12 this year and have had a jumper each year and it's been a great experience which is why I keep ordering :) Everyone has always been very friendly to me on the phone, the jumper is always on time and picked up on time too and they are very clean. This company is pathetic! I do not understand how they even stay in business. My biggest regret is not reading all the Yelp reviews BEFORE we booked with them. We held a company party today for 250 people, including family members. We had advertised to the kids that we would have bouncy houses at the party. Jump For Fun was supposed to be there at noon but they never showed up at all! We kept calling to find out where they were and we kept getting some lame excuse that they couldn't reach the driver. This was such a disappointment. So many of the little kids, including my own, were crushed that they didn't get to play in the bouncy houses. So this place shows up to my house after not answering their phone for 3 hours during their "open business" hours to deliver a jumper and popcorn machine I was trying to cancel because of the rain. I decided to move my kids party to an inside venue and was trying to cancel within their policy time before the driver got there. Well their office didn't answer their phone between the times of 7am-10am when the driver shows up. I run out there immediately before he can try to set up and charge me and tell him I'm canceling because of the rain and their offices haven't answered the phone for the last 3 hours. He says he's going to call the supervisor and they'll get me my money refunded. Well no money gets put back within two days so I call the place. Some guy tells me he has to have the supervisor call me back. No one calls me back within two days. So finally It comes down to my husband calling threatening to sue them if he doesn't get a straight answer as to when the moneys gonna be put back in. It was only $160 but they need to respect their policies and have people answer their phones. I think they were trying to ride it out basically to see if we would call back again about the money or not. Scumbags. Take your money to a more honest option. We've never had a problem with Cindy's Jumpers which is also local and I'll never stray from them again. Screw this place. read more

Customer service sucks! Call to make them aware that my card was charged twice only to be told by the employee that it was ran once. I asked if I can submit my bank statement... she said no because I doubt that we charged your card twice .So again I asked her what can I do to get my money returned to me ,she said nothing... so I asked to speak to the store manager who told me the same thing. I was persistent and frustrated and finally she started to research what had happened, only to find that my card was ran twice, showing two different orders. I cancel the order completely and will never attempt to do business with them again. This company Jump for fun is "Dump for nothing", it is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Placing the order went well. Customer Service Rep Jose needs to find another place to work because everyone who works here is a complete JOKE. The owner Richard is rude over the phone but in person in front of a man is completely quiet. I rented a waterslide the waterslide had holes everywhere, the pool at the end of the slide was leaking water out so the pool did not fill up. Also it gets gross there were blood stains, it also had a awful scent to the waterslide. The slide also had a torn piece that was causing the kids to get cuts, and red markings on there skin. They were suppose to pick up the waterslide at 9pm the same day I rented it but it was not picked up until 3 days later. I had called the day after my party to see when they were going to pick up the waterslide and the phone was answered by a drunk guy slurring his words. Very unprofessional if you ask me. This is the best part about this company's customer service upon coming to my home to pick up the waterslide I was yelled and cursed at through the phone by the owner of this poor company. We asked if there could be some type of refund for our horrible experience and the owner began to scream and curse again and called the cops. It was very humiliating having a crazy man screaming,cursing and having the cops come to my home. The very BEST part is the owner has no class and peed on my sidewalk. I hope future customer think twice before renting from this sorry company I am not sure how they are still in business. The jumper was so filthy it was disgusting. It was sticky and grimy with what I am sure was dried up sweat. I had to spray disinfectant and wipe it down. There was so much dirt and grass in it I had to sweep it to the sides. I will never get a jumper from this company again read more

Awful experience! I was a loyal Jump for Fun client until my last rental, July 26th, 2015. I was shocked when the jumper arrived late, and it took 3 guys to do the work that just one did for us for years! How hard is it to install a jumper and sno-cone machine? I don't know what their problem was but I can tell you I will never use them again. Not only were they late, but the jumper stopped working after 20 mins and never turned back on. And the sno-cone machine I rented gave me an electric shock every time I reached into it so I had to shut it down. I called the company several times to complain only to be told 4 times that Richard, the owner, who was one of the 3 guys who made the pathetic delivery at my house would get back to me. He never did so after a few patient and polite phone calls days later, because I was a loyal customer for 15 years, I finally got a hold of Richard who was a rude jerk. He refused to give me any refund at all. SO I am done with this company. This guy Richard must be new or something because this cannot possibly be the company I was dealing with before. I'm not sure what happened to the lovely guy who delivered to our house for years, with his nice children, but hopefully he is no longer with this guy Richard. This company is BAD NEWS!
