The sound system worked perfectly for the video I put together with music. I was nervous but the young man working there as facility attendant helped me set it up. He was so helpful and sweet. We could not have asked for a better day in a more perfect place to honor our father.

So when we upgraded to a bigger boat, it was relatively easy to sell our old slip and move to a larger one. An even better bonus was finding out that this marina is better protected from the wind. We love going to our boat now and just hanging out at the dock for lovely sunsets and cocktails! They also have a pool and 3 tennis courts.

In addition to the Marina there is a pool, 3 tennis courts also lined to pickle ball and a world class chef providing excellent dinners on the weekends. And added amenity is the super friendly members. The restaurant/clubhouse has been redecorated and is a wonderful place for parties. Plus it's just a great place to hang out. The bar has a epic view of the Bay and canal. The bartender Laurel is a real mixologist. It has become our home away from home. We are so glad we joined. Love it here!

There are some single track trail for hiking, some to share with bikes, and some that allow on leash dogs. With a little planning, you can hike or cycle to the coast! Pack water, clean up after your dog, and say to fellow travelers. We have been helped by some amazing people when we needed a hand and we've given water and jackets to those who were caught by early sunsets. Be kind.

The kids (and grandpa) took off their shoes and walked through the water before going up to play and swing. Perfect spot for our 2 and 4 year old to do some exploring and playing. We came back the next day and had water shoes and a few more toys for the area. This location also has a picnic spot in the middle of tall trees that feels like a forest escape only a short distance (like 100ft) from the sidewalk. Very neat place if you're in the area. Kept the kids busy for about an hour. Playground is OK, total experience was the 4-5 star.

First, this is Rhythmic Gymnastics (quite rare sport, the one with ribbons and hoops, not the beams and bars ). Second, this is one of the best places for this sport on the West Coast, and actually, the US. The girls there (it is all girls sport) are the best in state, regional and national competitions. But the main thing we loved about this club is the coach. Coach Natasha is absolutely wonderful. She is strict, demanding, professional, and kind. She loves every one of her students, knows them and respects them. She is fair. My daughter placed 4th in the regionals and was in the junior Olympic team. But the things she learned there are far more valuable. She learned how to work, to concentrate, how to push herself to the limit, and how rewarding it is. She learned how to pull herself together and do it again, 5, 10, 100 times more. She learned true friendships, (the way the girls support each other I would never think possible). And that driving - I would do it again without hesitation. Thank you, Natasha! You can come for recreational sport or if you decide to compete the sky is the limit. There are two shows per year, one in January and one at the end of May, and if you are still thinking, take your small girl and come see for yourself, chances are you will not want to leave.

We've had a really good experience with Flying Dutchman. I like how flexible it is. There are some…read moregymnastics programs in Marin that have waiting lists--I'm not into that kind of extracurricular intensity. Flying Dutchman has open enrollment--you can take it one month at a time any time of the year. My younger daughter wanted to try out gymnastics, but also felt hesitant. I don't think there's anywhere else where we could have started in late spring and committed to only one month. And she was having enough fun to carry on until the end of the school year! Classes were fun and inviting. You pay by the month and get unlimited classes, which makes make up classes really easy. My other favorite thing about Flying Dutchman is how clean it is! I really appreciate that and how seriously hygiene is taken there. The Northgate location is super convenient.

I was worried that I had to rent a U-Haul pickup truck to tow their equipment. No Worries!! After making a reservation online, you show up on time. Time is important, it was quite a drive and I was 30 minutes late to my reservation. It was all good, I made it on time to enjoy the jet skis! Upon arrival, a person will brief you everything. Once completed, you follow the person towing your rental to the launch gate. Parking is $20, cash only! From there, you will enjoy your rental! Despite my experience, I did ran through a problem during my rental. I followed their rules and yet I got a warning light. Called the phone number they have given me, luckily I was with a buddy. They sent guys out to tow the jet ski, thank you! After we got back, no problems or damages were found on both jet skis. Small issue was oil overfill during the time the jet ski went through maintenance. It was understandable but I was given $25 for my next rental and refund back. We've taken it with care and hope someday to return to have fun!! S/O to the staff, thank you once again :)
