We rolled into town at 7pm. Never been to Taos. Concierge at hotel suggested a few places not our vibe and i started searching online and found Juliette. It was less than a mile from our hotel so we thought we would check it out. Service is friendly and attentive. Margarita was STRONG. The bread is a must order. The artichoke was delicious but a little small. Smashed avocado was good. Cucumber is a must order. We ordered the pork belly and the chicken thighs. Both were delicious. The pork belly was grilled and the salad and the cherry sauce were all perfectly balanced. The chicken thighs were incredible. The grits. The broth. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Taos.

Love the spicy crab cake, the spicy tastes like laoganma. Overall food is good. Service was really nice. Ambiance is great for hanging out and date night. The only negative I would say is one of the new plates we got on our table has food stain on it and looks like someone used it. The server was nice, apologized and exchanged it quickly. Hopefully it's not happening often. Will be back to try other food.

The food here was good but nothing really blew me away. It was sort of annoying that the burger was $20 but it didn't come with any side. Still it was yummy. I liked the radish and trout dish. The Lima beans were bland and could have used some salt or other seasoning. Service was good!

Taos has a hip new bar and restaurant in a great boutique hotel The Willa. The vibes are great, buzzy, lots of locals and the food is elevated in a way you might find in a more metropolitan eatery. We're going back tonight to try some more dishes. Also we are staying at the hotel and it's very nice.

We arrived late in Taos and needed dinner - decided on Juliette's as most places were closed.

It has a nice patio where we sat and enjoyed cocktails before ordering dinner. The menu is pretty much New Mexican/Mexican with some American standards mixed it. Everyone found something they liked. I highly recommend the vegetarian green chili, which comes served as a stew in a bowl or a cup, depending on how hungry you are. It had just enough heat and honestly was one of the best things I ate while in New Mexico. A friend had the version with pork and said it was also great. Patio is also dog friendly if you've got a four-legged friend with you.

Looks like we're a little too early for the live music, but there's a pool table in the back room (yea, that means we'll be back! I'm having first date at Sharky's vibes as a little Elton John and Aerosmith are playing on the juke box) Plenty of bar-food options. We're grabbing the coconut chicken fingers tonight, not real hungry- just wanted a place to get out of the house for our last night in town. They arrived, hot, friend and not bad- not real heavy on the coconut (in case you were wondering). Could use some kind of a tropical pineapple-something sauce, cause the ranch just feels a little weird. I couple see us coming back- especially for the pool table!

Despite its cuteness however, it doesn't look like it's been visited by many based on the number of photos uploaded as of April 18, 2026. It might be its location as it's tucked in a quieter area from the center of Taos (it's still very much walkable from it though.) Well, I shall (thus) contribute to it. Great selection of whites and reds. Unfortunately however, none of the reds I got to sample didn't strikingly impress me and yet the Rioja was the best one out of the 7 displayed upfront. I hence went with a glass of it. Despite the beautiful weather on a Saturday at around 5:25pm, nobody was there. The live band for the night had just gotten to it where they were doing a little rehearsal. There was a good hour to the start of the show. The food menu also had a good selection of small bites from charcuterie board to hummus plate to meatballs to dumplings to flatbread etc. And the prices of them were mostly $10 to $15 (except the boards.) I had stopped at a different wine bar earlier where I had gotten me a few food for me to eat at the hotel so I didn't get anything at this place. Maybe next time. It's a great place for girls' night out, a date night or a solo dining as well. As I have mentioned already, live music every night. You can sit close to the band or a bit away from it near the entrance. Wherever you sit you'll be surrounded by the great ambiance. I enjoyed it tremendously.
