The sugarwax is a lot less painful for me than a regular Brazilian and now I could never go back to regular wax. Nicole does it super quickly, is thorough, and I love how the sugar doesn't leave behind sticky residue. The Aqual Peel Infusion Facial was incredible. It included mask, exfoliation, hydradermabrasion, nano pen, and oxygen infusion. Nicole was very knowledgeable and it was super relaxing. I decided to call and they treated it as "unsatisfactory service" rather than the alarming incident that it was. They offered to refund the specific pedicure service but shorted me the refund anyway. I expected an apology and some show of accountability and goodwill, but only got a lecture about them being a small business and that mistakes happen. WOW, how about making good on your mistake like a business owner who cares about their customer? We won't be back and we'll be sharing with our friends who will also be ex-customers. You continue to defend and explain from your obtuse perch... This was not simply an "unsatisfactory service." A child was injured, developed an infection, that elevated to a need for medical care (and yet you question why days later?), and missed school and ballet. Your restaurant analogy about credit for an unsatisfactory dish in our conversation misses the point. The equivalent is not an unsatisfactory dish--it is a dish causing food poisoning. Refunding that dish alone would not address the resulting harm or medical expense. Accountability is not explaining why you did enough; it is recognizing when your response fell short and making it right.
