I reached out to him over concerns with moisture buildup in the closed off cavity, and he knew exactly what to do with adding an external vent and capping the chimney. On inspection, he also noted that our 50 year old grout was starting to show its age, so he recommended regrouting the chimney to prevent cracks forming over time, but he wasn't pushy about the additional work. We had him do it, and he and his crew were able to work on it on the schedule we needed for a reasonable price. Will definitely hire him again anytime I need masonry services!

From our very first meeting, Angel understood our vision and immediately brought it to life. That combination of expertise and creativity really shows in his work. Everyone on Angel's team, from Mario to Jesus, was an absolute pleasure to have working on our project. They arrived at the appointed start time every day, were respectful of our home and family, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each workday. Their professionalism, work ethic, and reliability were exceptional throughout the entire process. To say we love our finished yard is an understatement! We've had countless neighbors stop us to compliment the transformation, and we couldn't be more proud of how it turned out. I highly recommend Angel and Promise Path to anyone looking for high-quality landscaping and construction work. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, work ethic, and reliability are truly unmatched. We had someone who claimed to be a contractor build a retaining wall between my and my neighbor's house. That wall collapsed at 3am less than a year later during a strong rain. It was an incredibly stressful event that put my neighbor's house in jeopardy of sliding down the hill into my house. I was forced to build a new, far more complicated wall to entomb the failing old wall and protect both our houses. This process required a creative engineering plan. It required thoughtful and careful construction methodologies. It required constant hand holding with the city. It required on the fly problem solving. All of this was done with a friendly demeanor. We had several unanswered calls into the owner; when we did speak to Bobby about repositioning the louvers he did not offer to reverse the louvers. Instead, we understood they would come back out to our part of town for $1600 worth of a day's work. Bottom line, it was not worth the owner's time to come back unless we spent another $1600 of handyman work. We decided it was not fair to have to create odd jobs and spend an additional $1600 to get this corrected. Customer satisfaction should be important and at this point I am not satisfied. Cecilia

Can't say enough good things about MPI!…read more From initial visit/estimate, to final walkthrough, Adrian and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and committed to the highest quality product and installation, as well as client satisfaction. Daniel and Zeke started the fence early Monday morning and finished it that afternoon. They had the small gate finished by Tuesday afternoon, and the big gate was done by Wednesday afternoon. Daniel even came back Thursday after the work had been finished because he wasn't happy about one of the wobbly posts on the small gate, so he came back to secure it to the adjacent wall so it would be more secure. The team was very quick to communicate progress updates, issues, etc., and answer any questions or address any concerns. After seeing how great the fence turned out, my husband said he wishes we'd had MPI replace the rest of the fencing around our yard (it's still in good condition and rather a low priority). Needless to say, we'll definitely ask MPI to come back and do the rest of the fence once we've knocked out some higher-priority projects around our house!

When he didn't show up, I called him and was informed (incorrectly) that the appointment was for Wednesday morning. He asked if Wednesday would still work. He even had the nerve to ask if I still wanted him to come out another day. I cannot believe that this company treated me so disrespectfully, and I would advise anyone considering obtaining an estimate on a security gate to look elsewhere.
