Completely different shaped eyebrows. I've been to 3 eyebrow professionals since, who all recommend laser removal, because my eyebrows were so horribly done. Initially, Ra'chel offered to "fix" her obvious mistake. (Only on her timeline). The fix was to over extend and further disfigure my eyebrows. When I contacted Ra'chel about her horrific mistakes, she refused to accommodate me and became extremely unprofessional, aggressive, adversarial & rude. The service I received here was horrific! My lashes didn't last 48 hours for $112. The customer service rep/ receptionist explained to me that they would fix my lashes, but unfortunately that same day I tested positive for Covid and couldn't go in until negative. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me.
