She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. She didn't ask any questions about things that we had already provided information on which showed that she took what we gave her and reviewed it thoroughly. Her communication style also worked well with my husband and I. We were planning our wedding from out of town so there was some additional anxiety on our end. Bobbi was responsive to all of our emails and we always received prompt responses. She utilized tools like Google docs so we were able to collaboratively work on our timeline and fill out any forms she needed instead of exchanging numerous emails and documents. The day of event went great. If there were any issues, I did not know about them which is exactly what any Bride or Groom wants. Our ceremony and reception even began on time! We even had some DIY things for the wedding and they were set up perfectly. First she bounced a check, then gave a bunch of excuses, none of which have panned out to be true. Now she has dodged calls and ignored emails and letters. She has avoided direct contact for several months. I would have preferred to avoid posting this review, but I feel it's necessary to warn others of her business practices. Please be careful who you do business with. She may be a great planner - I have no idea. But she clearly has very poor business ethics, refusing to honor her debt. BE WARNED.
