BRIDES PLEASE READ!!! Katelynn really disappointed me. She came highly recommended but the closer…read morewe got to wedding day things went down hill rapidly. She was extremely unresponsive which was difficult as a bride with nerves and for facilitation of communication between vendors. One of her main selling points was making sure that my family would not be active in set up and organization of ceremony but she consistently strayed from the set up instructions she insisted I create for her use. My family had a hard copy of the same instructions and had to re-orient her to my vision throughout setup multiple times. I later found out that special favors I wanted at a certain location were not set out and thus not taken home by guests and promises were made such as taking my flowers out of water to be dry before the ceremony (which they weren't) and that my cake would be taken out of the fridge so it was defrosted at cutting (it was given to me frozen). Katelynn even insisted that my mom should not bring me and my husband our champagne for toasts, yet she never completed this task and the photographer ended up getting it for us. There were a myriad of things that I could go on, but finally I want to address how she MADE me do a full inventory so she "could return everything to it's proper bin to take home" and as I sit here unpacking things are every which way and she put linens/paper products in with things that had held water and are now moldy and unable to cleaned. I would NEVER recommend Katelynn and Sage Event Co. to anyone I care about getting married and plan to communicate with the venue who has her on their suggested list in turn.

She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. Bobbi was responsive to all of our emails and we always received prompt responses. She utilized tools like Google docs so we were able to collaboratively work on our timeline and fill out any forms she needed instead of exchanging numerous emails and documents. The day of event went great. If there were any issues, I did not know about them which is exactly what any Bride or Groom wants. Our ceremony and reception even began on time! We even had some DIY things for the wedding and they were set up perfectly.
