I got a smoothie and substitution for my food allergies was easy. Price is on point because the sizes of what you get is really enough that you could share. The staff was super friendly and they treated each customer very well. One of my all time favorite places for acai bowls in Orange County hands down! The fruit is always so fresh here and the portion is huge and filling, especially after running/working out in the local area of Newport Beach. I always order the Fruitastic Bowl because I love the pomegranate acai base flavor so much - it's kinda sweet, but also a kick of tart to it as well. I've also tried their smoothies and it's so refreshing as well. I ordered the Island Passion and it was so good. I definitely think it's one of the most hidden acai bowl gems in the OC. Great smoothie/juice bar. I stopped in here today for the first time and was happily surprised. The people were friendly and patient (they have a large menu). The smoothie I ordered was more expensive than at the certain smoothie chain that I usually frequent, but my smoothie (Wild Cheetah Shake) was super tasty. Had stopped by Bonzai Bowl on 17 and was refused to be served 11 min before closing because was busy and the manager was rude about it. We get juice here already came right at closing and was happy to serve us. After we were done another couple walked in probably after 8 but they were glad to serve them after closing . Ugh this place. I LOVE it. The pitaya bowl is amazing and it tastes so good. They have so many different types of bowls to get - I am not kidding. I used to be big on banzai bowl, but after my bf brought this over one day I have been hooked.!! The one thing that sucks about this place is the service. The workers are so rude and just talk in spanish the whole time you are there. I get I am not your friend or anything and I don't expect them to start up a conversation with me, but the fact they ignore you and seem bothered to have to help you is really off putting and makes me not come in as often as I would normally. I understand it may not be their dream job, but working in customer service you could be a little nicer. 5 stars for the product and 0 stars for the grumpy employees. read more

I LOVE jujubar. I literally go here all the time. There is a similar restaurant, Bonzai Bowl, and I always tell people go to Jujubar over Bonzai. It's cheaper, you get more, there are 10 times more items and açaí bowls on their menu, and they're nicer. The tiger bowl is made for peanut butte goers and is always my favorite. And even with being late, you still did NOT have my order ready and there wasnt a single customer in your store. What excuse did you have now? Were you too busy playing with your phone? Facebook? Instagram? Twitter? And even with that, there wasnt a english word response as to why you effed up. Like you had.. nothing but a "uhhhhhhh.. " And to offer me to make my drink now? F U C K no. Best Peanut Butter Acaí Bowl Ever: Tiger Bowl. They use the perfect amount of peanut butter that offsets the tartness of the acaí without masking it's flavor. They use the freshest berries - every single one tastes as if their hand picked and the granola they use is outstanding in terms of flavors and crunchiness. I come here often for their juice bar. I usually get the UpBeet and the green juice (forgot the name). The employees are very hospitable and take my order right away. They have a large menu and the store is well kept.
