Completely unacceptable--tailoring should be precise, and this was anything but. What truly pushed this from frustrating to outrageous was the response when I tried to address it. The manager told me, verbatim, that she "did not care" that this was for my engagement party. No accountability--just blatant indifference. It's one thing to make a mistake. It's another to show zero regard for your customer, especially when you've impacted an important, time-sensitive event. I trusted them with something meaningful and was left scrambling at the last minute with a dress that didn't fit and a business that couldn't care less.
