Store front

This place has an amazing juice selection. The flavor profiles were perfectly curated. I got the liquid manna and it was delicious. the staff was so helpful and also offered me complimentary juices that were expiring that day on the house so I got to try a few more-rosemary lemonade (I would definitely get this again) and wheatgrass shot (very natural tasting-grass haha). All of them are well balanced and not overly sweet. Loved that it was "approved by a certified physician" and made in Chicago

Found JuiceRx because I was specifically looking for wheatgrass and they were one of the only places nearby I could find that carries it! Since then, I've stopped in a few times and tried a few of their other juices but never their in-store food which include paninis, acai bowls, toasts, and smoothies. This location is pretty small and I've found that no matter what time I go, it can be busy. Service has been hit or miss - I wish they had some type of self scan for those who just want to pop in, buy juice and go. That said, I really enjoy their unique combinations with some of my favorites being the Liquid Love, Turmeric Sunrise, and Liquid Gold. On average, their bottled juices are ~$11 which is expensive for my budget - if they found a way to reduce their costs I would be able to visit more frequently. For now, it's a guilt-free treat every so often :)

I am SO happy to have discovered JuiceRx and cannot recommend it enough! I have several severe food allergies and have never found a juice bar so willing and able to accommodate customers with food allergies. They have clear allergy protocols, and all the employees I've encountered have truly seemed so happy to go out of their way for me versus seeing it as a burden. I cannot express how much I appreciate this! My new favorite is the Harlequin Monkey base with the Fruit Alchemist toppings Absolutely outstanding! Yes, it is expensive, but given the high quality ingredients, generous portions, kind and friendly employees, and allergy accommodations...I will certainly be a regular!!!

Seasonal Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

The house made whip is chef's kiss. The staff was great with suggestions and I have points for my next Chicago visit! See you guys again for sure!

After sweating it out at CorePower Yoga, my friend and I hit up JuiceRx in Streeterville for some much needed refueling. We both went for the maca protein smoothie. The combo of cherry, banana, peanut butter and Vega mocha protein was not only delicious but also gave us that perfect post workout boost. The service was good and mostly self checkout. The vibe inside was chill. The only downside? The menu doesn't specify the exact quantities of protein and other ingredients in the smoothies which is something many similar places provide. Having this information would be helpful for those who monitors their nutritional intake. But if you're in the area and looking for a healthy treat, do stop by JuiceRx!

Tried this place randomly one day while staying downtown! I loved the atmosphere -- it gave health is wealth! The service was also amazing and they were very helpful. They had so many options to choose from -- fresh pressed juice, health shots, and even açaí and smoothie option

My friend and I decided to grab quick smoothies right after our core power yoga sculpt class. The proximity of Juice Rx right next to the yoga studio made it our perfect choice! Both of us ordered the Maca Protein smoothie that has peanut butter, almond milk and vega mocha protein powder. The smoothie was tasty, however the only downside was they didn't include the amount of protein per smoothie. Sadly, our server was not able to provide this information either. The interiors of Juice Rx is cute! My friend and I just grabbed our drinks as a to-go order! I would recommend this place!

Fruit Alchemist

Breakfast bowl ~$18 with tip. Lots of healthy ingredients with options for upgrades. The Fruit Alchemist bowl comes with an acai base, made with apple juice, cherry, strawberry, banana, pomegranate was a touch sweet, but still very tasty. Loved the crunchy granola and almond butter on top. Pro tip- order ahead online since it gets busy in the morning and each order takes a bit of time since everything is prepped fresh.

Dined here while in Chicago on business. The service could not have been any worse. All I got was a toast and smoothie and it took over 30 minutes. Food was tasty but definitely unique. Personally not sure I would return.

Great place to wake up to! I got the Green Dream smoothie (coconut water, lemon, spinach) and Honey Glazed Matcha bowl (similar thing but with matcha and spirulina) and they were refreshing for breakfast. Things are not overly sweet, so they do not give you a sugar rush and crash. Tip: Try adding their coconut whipped cream or blueberry coconut whipped to a bowl for a whimsical topping.

Went on a morning walk and found this spot! I'm so glad I stopped by!! The gentleman who helped me out was extremely kind and helpful. My drink was refreshing and just what I needed!

Harlequin Monkey Bowl (added fresh strawberries!)

Was craving a smoothie bowl from home and stumbled upon JuiceRx and was pleasantly surprised! My delivery time was ~20 minutes and it arrived in great shape, totally wrapped up and not melted or messy. I ordered the Harlequin Monkey Bowl (added spinach to base and fresh strawberries!) and it was great. For starters, the quantity was huge - there is no skimping here! Flavor was great and toppings were all super fresh. Would love to try something else on the menu!

Nice looking juice spot on the inside. First time here. I was in need of a fresh juice this morning. I was asked if I needed any help when I walked in and was greeted. I replied that I would like something with beets. I was given 2 recommendations. I ordered Rejuva-Root juice, which I was told had a beetier taste than the alternative, which was sweeter. They don't have samples of their juices for you to try. The juices are all stored in their fridge. I did like my juice that was pretty beety but I enjoyed the flavor. I would come back again!

Twice now it's taken 30 min for a smoothie. If they can't keep up w in store orders they should stop taking the online ones.

The Hazelnut Oat Mocha was a great pairing--rich and well-balanced. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, making for a seamless experience. But once you're actually sitting there, the shine wears off fast. The service is... fine, but mostly in that scripted, personality‑free way that feels more like a training video than hospitality. You get the sense everyone is doing exactly what they were told to do, nothing more, nothing less. It's polite, but not warm -- efficient, but not memorable. The atmosphere is genuinely pleasant -- bright, clean, and stylish without trying too hard -- but the food just doesn't live up to the setting. Most dishes land somewhere between "okay" and "I guess this is fine," which is disappointing given the prices and the hype. Nothing is bad, but nothing is great either. It's the kind of meal you forget about before you've even left the building. Overall, Beatrix ends up feeling like a hotel restaurant pretending to be a neighborhood favorite. If you want something reliable and inoffensive, it works. If you want something with flavor, personality, or any real sense of Chicago, there are far better options.

This location is not what is used to be and has gone downhill in recent years. The staff they hire have gone downhill. Certainly not on par with the prices they charge, nor for the pretentious experience they are trying to create. Today 5/17/26, I ordered 4 items to-go at the Cafe Lavazza station on the first floor: three food items and a drink. I got home, and realized one of my items was missing. My immediate thought was the cashier did not bag my 4th food item. I was also open to the idea that maybe she never even rang the 4th item up but since they did not give me a receipt I wasn't sure. I only had my bank charge amount. So, around 12p, I called and asked for a manager. An AA female manager got on the phone and right away gave the lazy vibe that she was irritated, and bothered that she had to help a customer. I explained that I was missing an item but wasn't sure since I was not handed a receipt. I further explained that I was open to the fact that maybe it was never rang up, and that I was hoping she could check my receipt to tell me either way. She finally found my receipt, in an annoyed manner told me the 4th item was never rung up, THEN hung the phone up on me. I was shocked - but not really because as I mentioned, Eataly's recent hires have gone downhill. I was disappointed to experience a "manager" behave this way. This sorry excuse for a manager is the reason I will never frequent that station again. Eataly do better and please hire intelligent, capabable, and helpful managers in the future. And get rid of that one.

It was early Sunday afternoon, and we were too large a group to arrive without calling ahead. You walk up a lovely old half-flight of stairs under an ornate ceiling. After a short wait, half of our party went elsewhere, and the remaining four of us were quickly seated. The front area is mainly a café, with maybe 10 seats at tables for two. Farther back is a hallway and a larger room with seating in booths and at high-tops for maybe 40, and maybe 6 more at a small bar. The staff is quick and friendly. The food is delicious and fresh and hot! And the music is loud and festive :-) We had the thin-cut savory palomillo steak, a generous serving, pounded to tenderness, served with classic wet black-beans and white rice, sweet soft platanos maduros plantain pieces, and some greens and tomato. We had a lovely colorful medium-sized Mojo Shrimp in tart garlic citrus mojo sauce, with sateed red onion crescents, tomato chunks, and parsley. And we had the huge slow-cooked tender shredded-beef Ropa Vieja pressed sandwich, sauced lightly with slightly-tangy creole sauce, served with platanos maduros and black beans.
