I've done several cleanses with Juice RX and love the quality of the juices and the great customer service. I will happily pay for a quality product and they're worth every penny! My only issue delivery schedules in Chicago. As someone who doesn't work the normal 9 to 5, I have to work a delivery into a day off and that might cause me to wait a bit longer. It's worth the slight delay, I tell my impatient self. Keep up the great work! read more

Great, friendly, and quality service. Serving delicious healthy and high quality smoothies and other products. A few products weren't quite to my liking, but they have plenty of amazing options otherwise. read more

Found a deal for juice rx!! So excited since I did like the results of my last cleanse with them. Purchased deal, called in the order to the retail location and ready for pickup! Easy peasy !! So I did a little more research and it turns out the regular cleanse not the seasonal is much lower in sugar. Love the guy who runs the retail store, super nice and friendly!! read more

These guys don't need another five star review but I'm giving one anyway. Quality organic produce = delicious juices. Having a hydraulic press doesn't hurt either! Kudos to Traci and Dean for choosing locally grown, organic produce from local farmers who practice sustainable organic farming. Dean has provided outstanding and great individual customer service. He was very responsive and knowledgeable to any questions He is genuinely and emotionally invested into the company. For referring some of my friends he sent me some free juices that I'm drinking right now! Liquid love yum! Thanks Dean! I hope they continue to succeed! read more

We were in town for New Years and stayed at a hotel across the street. Stopped in here New Year's Day to grab a healthy breakfast. We all ordered smoothie bowls and they did not disappoint. We got both the Fruit Alchemist and Harlequin Monkey. Both included a generous quantity of high quality toppings. We also got coffee which was tasty. Prices were a little high but for the quantity and quality of ingredients it's wasn't horrible. Service was good and the place is cute and clean. I'll come back next time I'm in town! read more

BEST cleanse I've ever experienced!!!! I absolutely loved every flavor combination~they were all so smooth, unique and just the perfect blend of ingredients. It's also nice to see that the quality of the product is backed by the best customer service I have ever encountered! After doing a 3-day cleanse, I had to call and ask for another 2 days! Can't wait to place another order." read more

Great customer service! They customized the drinks just to my kids' liking and gave us a complimentary pudding cup. Satisfies your juice and smoothie cravings! read more

I love this new company - I was so delighted to find them but even though I have a juicer, I did not want to juice 6x a day! Dean worked me to an earlier date as I wanted to cleanse before going out of town and dropped off my juice in a Prius. The bottles are BPA free and not that this matters but the design on the bottles is thoughtful and the combinations of the juices are tasty. The Macadamia nut milk was a welcome protein at the end of the day! read more

I cannot say enough positive things about my 3 day juice cleanse experience with JuiceRx! To start, the staff was amazing. They were quick to answer emails, offer advice and encouragement. As first time cleanser, I was very nervous entering into the cleanse. I was afraid of negative side effects and...well, hunger. To my surprise, I had virtually no negative side effects. I was incredibly never hungry during the process and felt very satisfied by the juices. They were delicious and fresh and really made me feel great. Overall, I felt like I was really caring for my body and doing something positive to improve my health. And, as I drank my last juice on day 3, I got a little sad that it was over already. That's how positive the experience was. Beyond the loving the active cleanse process, I've experienced some lasting health benefits. I've always struggled with digestive issues and a saw an incredible change after completing the cleanse. The issues that I've struggled with for YEARS have all but disappeared. It has been amazing and exceeded any expectation I ever had. In addition, I am more mindful about what I put into my body. How could you ask for more? So, I really cannot say enough. The experience was phenomenal and I would recommend that anyone interested in juice try JuiceRx! read more

I have had three surgeries in the last 7 months. The final surgery being on my back. Unfortunately I was forced to take a steroid for inflammation. Concerned about the adverse effects steroids usualy have on my body I knew I needed to detox ASAP. I saw the special on Living Social and decided to try it. While I am a juicer and cleansing kind of girl I didnt feel like gathering all the items I would need nor did I really have the energy for that only three weeks out from back surgery. I did the five day regular cleanse and I am very happy with the quality of the juice. If you are new to juicing don't be alarmed by the price. Do your homework and once you look around you will see that organic and the quality of the ingredients and suberb. The convenience is great also. On the days I knew I was going to be away from home for several hours I packed my juices and took them with me. Love Dean the owner....he is great and very accommodating and he never meets a stranger. Great company! read more

The acai bowls are the best here! The staff is amazing and always so helpful with choosing items!

I came in for a custom bowl and Hannah made it perfectly. It looked as great as it tasted making it well worth the price. I will definitely make return trips to this location. read more

I did the Extreme cleanse for 2 days. I really like that it is a low sugar cleanse. It was fresh, tasty and filling. The flavors were unique and had a nice mix of fruit, greens and herbs. My favorites were the Coconut Milk, Green Glow, Green Radiance and Mate Magic. The Coconut Milk is creamy, delicious and comforting. You won't be craving a dessert during the cleanse :) Customer service is excellent. Dean and Johnny were friendly, helpful and delivered my cleanse to my door the same day I ordered. I'm looking forward to doing a lengthier cleanse. So glad JuiceRx is in Chicago and close to my neighborhood. read more

Stopped in here for a treat and was disappointed. Rude staff that instead of answering a question pointed us to a sign. Staff that didn't know how to make the bowl we ordered resulting in a 10 minute wait (we were the only ones in there). And veryyy pricey. Heads up- they don't take cash. Bowl tasted good but wouldn't return. read more

Sad that I dont live in Chicago anymore... but SOOO happy JuiceRx delivers nationwide now!!! Look our for their amazing deals on giltcity... I found one recently and ordered my 3 day cleanse. Shipping was around $45 and I had no problems what so ever. I got the regular cleanse and asked to switch out a few of the flavors. I received all the flavors I want and got the package via UPS at 10am so I was able to start the cleanse that very day which was great!! Just finished the cleanse yesterday and as always, I wish I had gotten the 5 day cleanse! Best cleanse ever. All the juices and flavors are to die for. The cookies n cream milk was everything!! Can't compete with the freshness. Can't wait for my next cleanse from here :) read more

I got a groupon for the 3 day cleanse from Gilty city and scheduled the delivery online like 3 weeks ago. It was pretty easy to redeem the groupon. The delivery arrived early and the guy was very nice. The juice is high quality, fresh, and each came in a cute bottle with cute label. I actually did not feel hungry, instead I was quite full by drinking that much juice. My energy level was great, and I worked out during those 3 days as normal. The only thing is that I found its hard for me to drink that much liquid in a short period of time and I got water full really quick, also I was really craving for salty food since the juice are all on the sweeter side and I am not a sweet person. It was a great experience, and I felt healthy. read more

Simply the best Açaí bowl i've ever had. So flavorful and filling. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, i would 100% drive 35 minutes again to get another bowl. The spicy lemonade was also really good and refreshing, and i cant wait to taste more juices. And On top of all of that the staff is so kind and helpful, can't wait to go back, i would give more than 5 stars if i could. read more

Juice Rx is great. A friend and I juiced together last month. The juices are ALL tasty and organic and come to your door. The owners are helpful and super accommodating. Definitely two thumbs up! read more

Let me start by saying, I absolutely LOVE that you can customize your 3 day juice cleanse. It makes it easy to ensure you will be satisfied with what you're drinking for 3 days (trust me that makes every juice cleanse easier). Most of the favors I chose were delightful to drink! All of the first (spicey juices) and all of the green juices were delightful. (And this comes from someone who attacks dessert at any chance she gets) Cookies & cream was great, The vanilla bean macadamia milk with I was most excited to try, unfortunately kind of smelled like eggs and had a funny aftertaste.. Not so pleasant. I followed all instructions, and immediately refrigerated this the day of delivery, and consumed it before the expiration sticker- so I'm hoping the macadamia milks weren't spoiled... Anyway, I'll most likely give this juice another go in 3 months, I only really have the blueprint juices & Jus By Julie cleanse to compare this to, and this was my favorite. Only thing I didn't like about the ingredients, were that things like xylitol and stevia were added to the drinks... For being a cleanse those aren't really necessary. I'd also love to request JuiceRx to start bundling the juices by day & numbering them as they are to be consumed, my jus by Julie cleanse did this and it was easy for the customer to just grab the bundle & go to work in the morning instead of numbering them ourselves. Also, the day these were received they were cool-room temperature, and definitely not cold. Not sure if the delivery/packaging can be improved? Overall, give it a shot. I definitely shed some ponds & got pool ready for my vacation. Also, most importantly has energy and felt great. read more

Amazing selection of great quality and very healthy juices!! The thought process of the ingredient choices is superb as the exotic combinations are an absolute treat. Definitely a must place to visit on a regular basis!! A++ read more

The seasonal latte is epic! I'm addicted. Like the non dairy melt alternatives and the overall vibe of the place. Pricey but worth it.

I rarely take the time to write reviews on Yelp, but I figured this is a good opportunity to write one about JuiceRx owners Dean and Nicole. My fiance and I decided to do a juice cleanse and we both contemplated either spending a lot of money ordering from Juice Rx or just making the juice ourselves. We ultimately decided it was worth it to give Juice Rx a chance; not only for the convenience sake, but when I initially reached out with questions about the cleanse both Nicole and Dean were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. That solidifed our decision to spend the money on doing a 5 day cleanse for my fiance and a 6 day cleanse for me. It was well worth every penny! The best part about all this is Dean was extremely accomodating and responsive to all our requests/questionsthroughout the cleanse. I think I emailed him with questions on a daily basis and not only would he email me back shortly afterwards, but he would call me to ensure that I understood what his email stated or vice versa. I really think they have a great thing going. The juices taste delicious! I did start off by doing the green cleanse, but I did get sick of the same flavors. I let Dean know and he recommended I switch over to the regular cleanse on my next deliver. It was great! The regular cleanse has tasty juices too! Both cleanses do. So thanks again to Dean and Nicole for making juicing for 6 days a pleasant experience! read more

JuiceRx is my reset button! I have been a once-a-monther 3-day client for months now. Not only are Dean and Nicole dedicated, passionate, hands on, and customer-centric, they keep juicing simple and delicious. The introduction of seasonal options to their line helps to eliminate the 'fatigue' and 'boredom' with the same old thing. I was a bit skeptical at first, as JuiceRx was really my first cleanse but Dean and Nicole helped every step of the way. I wasn't hungry, tired, or craving any foods during the 3-days. Anyone I've ever recommended this process to has agreed; this is the cleanse to try. I can't say enough about these two - they put their heart and soul into each bottle. TRY IT FOR YOURSELF! You'll be happy you did. read more

Customer service was amazing and the product was perfect! I tried a 1-day juice cleanse and it was my first time. Dean was really helpful about calming my nerves and I completed it and am HOOKED! I love juiceRx, welcome to the neigbhorhood! read more

While in Chicago I decided to start the new year by checking out the products at Juice RX - and I couldn't have been more pleased. The customer service is excellent, the products are wonderful - what a great way to kick off 2016. I opted for the 3 Day Green Juice Cleanse - my initial worry was whether or not I would spend the three days starving and with 6 tasty juices a day, I was pleasantly surprised, not one hunger pain! I can't speak highly enough about the quality and taste of the products, and the fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be trying it again. TIP : If you are a Kale chip fan, be sure to check out the Kale chips - delicious ! Thanks Juice RX, I'll be back. read more

Best juices and best raw food! Love the liquid manna and liquid gold! I'm a board certified physician here in Chicago and this is my go-to juicery. The large variety of juices makes it easy to design your own cleanse to suit your needs, whether you're a veteran juicer or are curious about the benefits of juicing. Also a huge fan of their raw vegan kale chips that are made in house! read more

JuiceRx is special. I highly recommend it. From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to navigate website. Sincere customer service. Super convenient delivery right to my door. Refreshing change of pace to an overcrowding of juice bars and what I've seen as non-effective performance drinks. I love the unique taste and results i've seen relative to my digestive system getting a break. I did an initial 3 day cleanse and since then have been on a 2 juice a day regimen for some time. I like the positive effect it has on my energy and metabolism. It's convenient and I don't have to stop at a juice bar and wait. I love this product! read more

The positive reviews that have come before mine pretty much sums it up. JuiceRx by far exceeds all others that I have tried. The business is run by people who really care about customer service and quality of product. I have done a couple 3 day cleanses with JuiceRx, and have found the juices to be extremely fresh and delicious. They spare no expense on their ingredients, 100%organic produce, and you can taste the difference The U-Pickpac option is perfect for someone who needs a little variety in their 3 day cleanse. JuiceRx has such a great assortment of juices available on their cleansing menu, and being able to customize the cleanse with a variety of juices really makes the cleanse for me! read more

Today is my 43rd day of juicing with Juice RX and I am delighted to say that this experience has been utterly magnificent :) I have lost 22 pounds so far and I've felt great throughout the entire fasting process. My skin is better hydrated and looks clearer and fresher. Also, I'm happy to say that these juices have a noticeable anti-inflammatory effect: my periods have gotten significantly less painful and more tolerable. Gingerbread Milk and Winter Nog are my favorite juices this time of the year, they're absolutely delicious and deserve a Summa Cum Laude award ;-). In addition to these two, I drink four green juices per day, Greenewal and Evening Green, sometimes Liquid Lunchbox, and lots of water. If you want to feel rejuvenated, you have to try Juice RX!!! The longer the juice fast, the bigger the results. read more

After revisiting Juice RX I had the pleasure of meeting Dean! Dean is very passionate and knowledgable about his product and eagerly passed me samples of juice/kale chips. I couldn't say anything bad about this cleanse. I received excelent service (Quick responses via email when I had questions, and I spoke with Dean over the phone who was very helpful and accommodating. Honestly, This was not only the best juice cleanse I have ever done, but it was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had while cleansing. I did the three day green cleanse. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE JUICES WAS OUTSTANDING. You could taste every flavor (some cinnimon, paprika, cilantro, fresh fresh vegetables and fruit-and you just FELT incredible and healthier after every bottle. The strawberry and cashew milk was out of this world. I have tried other juice cleanses (Peeled) and I remember hating almost every second of it. I never felt hungry with Juice RX cleanse, and I did not deviate once while I did it- NO food, just the juice and purified water, and tea. I just finished three days ago and I already want to do another one. I couldn't be happier and I have recommended all of my friends. You will not regret it! read more

I've tried others that were good, too, but my experience with JuiceRx was awesome. I have already recommended it to my friends and colleagues, and I'll definitely be back. The first day was a challenge, but I think that's to be expected. By day 2, I was feeling fit and fine. I won't say I was sorry to see day 3 go -- honestly, I was dreaming about thai food by then--but I finished feeling refreshed and good. Highly recommend! read more

I stumbled upon JuiceRx when I was caring for my elderly dog and just needed find a way to also take care of myself in the process. I was worried I'd be starving or have to force myself to choke down the juices, quite the contrary. I am VERY active and they keep me going (I do also drink a lot of water) and they are utterly delicious. I now order the juices when I need a health boost and quite frankly don't have the time or energy to plan out a healthy few days of meals for myself. It's nice to just throw a couple yummy juices in the cooler and just go. Some have said they are pricey but if you really think about all the veggies and fruit going into each and every juice, the time it took to clean, cut, press, bottle; I think the prices are very fair for what they are. read more

I just got the first 3 days of my 7 day cleanse delivered to my door. I felt compelled to write a review because their customer service is second to none. I've never experienced anything like it....certainly not in the city. From the moment I called them to inquire about the cleanse to when Dean, the owner, delivered it to my door they have exceeded my expectations. I will post another review after I finish my 7 days.
