I definitely recommend! I place my order through the app and pick it up when I'm on my break. I never have any issues with service. Every time I come I am greeted by the owners or their staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. I never have issues with the quality and taste of the smoothies. I tend to always order the same thing, but recently I was given a sample of one of the newer smoothies and now I have a new favorite! The shop is always clean and never too crowded. First off as I walk in no acknowledgment from any of the cashiers no eye contact or a hello, or even welcome as if I'm Casper the ghost I'm Waiting in line behind the guy in front of me to order My juice. Waited about five minutes till they finally acknowledged me I get it They were both busy doing online orders, but how hard is it to look up and say welcome or I'll be right with you. I finally was able to order my usual large California cooler. Then I sat down and waited I guess My order was 10-15 minutes or so, never yelled my order, so then I can go and grab It was probably there for like 3 to five minutes, I waited like an idiot, until I finally decided to walk over there and see my drink to the corner where I can hardly see it from where I was sitting like how hard is it to do your job and be courteous One of the girls names is on the receipt the other one I didn't know what her name was, juice it up supervisors do a better job hiring or training in customer service Because today was very poor. Do a better job. I don't think I will be coming inside this establishment anymore. There was one customer in the store she kept filling and refilling the same container for 14 minutes never took the lady order never acknowledged me. I had to walk out. Called today because I bought 2 smoothies online for pick up for tomorrow. The woman who answered the phone mentioned how weird it was and collected all the information about the order and me beside my social security number. She said that she was going to search the cameras etc. and call me back. It's not strange that since I was coming down that way near the juice it up I wanted to get it today. I had other errands close by like CVS, Lowe's, Baskin Robins and the dollar tree. It's not good customer service to make the customer feel as though one was trying to steal or scam for smoothies. I can purchase them just as I did these and don't need to go through all this. She interrogated me like the CIA or the FBI over smoothies. She could have just said I had to pick it up tomorrow at the scheduled time or that she was unable to do that. I called at 9:30AM this morning and it's now almost 2:00 pm in a few minutes. I'm giving this a 2 or 3. Yes, there is one person who is in charge of all orders, whether they are made online or in person. I felt sorry for her when there were six people in the store and people were picking up items online. One person is not enough! She was in a hurry and did her best. The ingredients weren't fresh, which isn't her fault. This isn't the regular experience I've had at other Juice It Up locations. This place seemed a little worn down and needed some care. My advice to the two young ladies working the night shift, find another part time job. Sure, its only a part-time job, but this is helping you prepare for future jobs, and customer service is a basic skill. If you cant even greet your customers, leave. I was at this location at 7:30pm. You cant be telling customers you close in 30 mins, when posted business hours is from 7am-9pm. Terrible customer service etiquette. You cant be bad mouthing customers also when you dont have a few things available. You shouldnt be groaning or sighing when another customer walks through the door, you still have an hour and a half left. You have customers waiting to order, its pretty important to let them know you'll be right with them. The worst thing is to ignor your customers and not acknowledge them. Terrible service. Today I dropped by to buy a strawberry wave bowl specifically asked the server Sara R to add granola on the bottom of the cup as well as the top because most of the juice it up places do that. And that's why I love the their smoothie bowls. However, today when I told the server that she forgot to add the granola on the bottom of the bowl. I asked if I could get a new one. So what she did was dump the whole smoothie out onto some bowl/container, add some granola to the bottom of the bowl and dump the smoothie back into my bowl, and hand it to me. My smoothie bowl is soupy like I'm drinking smoothie soup. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, especially from her. Her attitude is the absolutely worse!!!
