I've been coming here for 3+ years now, and it's consistently been a great experience every time. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything feels well taken care of. A special shoutout to Daisy! She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really make a difference and keep me coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and great customer service! read more

Called today because I bought 2 smoothies online for pick up for tomorrow. The woman who answered the phone mentioned how weird it was and collected all the information about the order and me beside my social security number. She said that she was going to search the cameras etc. and call me back. It's not strange that since I was coming down that way near the juice it up I wanted to get it today. I had other errands close by like CVS, Lowe's, Baskin Robins and the dollar tree. It's not good customer service to make the customer feel as though one was trying to steal or scam for smoothies. I can purchase them just as I did these and don't need to go through all this. She interrogated me like the CIA or the FBI over smoothies. She could have just said I had to pick it up tomorrow at the scheduled time or that she was unable to do that. I called at 9:30AM this morning and it's now almost 2:00 pm in a few minutes. Why request all of that information to do nothing? read more

I definitely recommend! I place my order through the app and pick it up when I'm on my break. I never have any issues with service. Every time I come I am greeted by the owners or their staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. I never have issues with the quality and taste of the smoothies. I tend to always order the same thing, but recently I was given a sample of one of the newer smoothies and now I have a new favorite! The shop is always clean and never too crowded. Definitely stop by if you have the chance. read more

Go here pretty often and the drinks are always a 10/10. The staff is great and Daisy so helpful and is one of the nicest people. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a refreshing drink and great customer service! read more

First off as I walk in no acknowledgment from any of the cashiers no eye contact or a hello, or even welcome as if I'm Casper the ghost I'm Waiting in line behind the guy in front of me to order My juice. Waited about five minutes till they finally acknowledged me I get it They were both busy doing online orders, but how hard is it to look up and say welcome or I'll be right with you. I finally was able to order my usual large California cooler. Then I sat down and waited I guess My order was 10-15 minutes or so, never yelled my order, so then I can go and grab It was probably there for like 3 to five minutes, I waited like an idiot, until I finally decided to walk over there and see my drink to the corner where I can hardly see it from where I was sitting like how hard is it to do your job and be courteous One of the girls names is on the receipt the other one I didn't know what her name was, juice it up supervisors do a better job hiring or training in customer service Because today was very poor. Do a better job. I don't think I will be coming inside this establishment anymore. If I'm going to be treated that way, or that's how you treat customers on the daily it's not acceptable you're two employees today at 4:25pm 03/20/2026 we're cold no expression as if they hated there jobs or didn't wanna be there. read more

Daisy and Lexa were extremely knowledgable in helping me figure out my order when i tried to order something outdated, and it was great. The nee setup with the waiting bench is nice too. I wish they would update the "radio" music and just let the employees choose whats popular but you cant have everything and ill just being my headphones! read more

Great store and amazing customer service by Lexa. She always makes sure that whatever i order is quickly made and delicious!

The service it's amazing with a lot of respect and kindness as well as the employee maria she is kind and sweet the best there is

Service was terrible. A young woman was working in one smoothie behind the counter. There was one customer in the store she kept filling and refilling the same container for 14 minutes never took the lady order never acknowledged me. I had to walk out. It's only 6:15 right now they weren't about to close. I am an elite member I get at least two smoothies a week I've never experienced such horrible regard to service in all the ones I've been to. read more

I usually go to a different location, but this Juice It Up! really stood out. Maria had a great attitude and was super helpful. She recommended a smoothie that ended up being really good. The store was clean and service was fast. One of the better visits I've had for sure and definitely will be going back!!. read more

By far my favorite juice it up location. Newly remodeled which looks amazing . Easy pick ups every time and the staff is very helpful. Lexa recommended me a new smoothie and it was amazing . 10/10. read more

It was my first time coming to juice it up and I would like to specifically thank Maria a really kind girl who recommended me a really good drink. It made my whole experience feel easy and welcoming considering it was my first time. read more

I call in for lunch here EVERY DAY! Staff here is super friendly and quick. Daisy who always helps me remembers my order when I call is great! Always has my order waiting for me when I pull up. Even suggested that I download the app given how I often I go. And I've gotten a ton of discounts and free drinks ever since. Thanks Daisy! read more

I'm giving this a 2 or 3. Yes, there is one person who is in charge of all orders, whether they are made online or in person. I felt sorry for her when there were six people in the store and people were picking up items online. One person is not enough! She was in a hurry and did her best. The ingredients weren't fresh, which isn't her fault. This isn't the regular experience I've had at other Juice It Up locations. This place seemed a little worn down and needed some care. I love acai protein bowls, but know I would rather travel to another establishment before going here again. read more

Fast and friendly customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Had the drinks ready to go before pick up time.

I came today at 4pm to just get an OJ. The girl at the register was really rude and told us that we couldn't have just an OJ because they didn't have enough and they squeezed everything in the morning. She has such bad attitude I wish she would have a tag with her name. She didn't wanted to give her name. But definitely not coming back read more

The girl at this location is so rude. She looks super annoyed every time she takes an order. But also tip for management: get this girl some help. Clearly it's a lot for her. This location gets busy weekday mornings and she's always working alone. read more

Always order in the app on lunch like 20min before I arrive , it's never ready always have to wait another 10-15 min for my order . What's the point of ordering ahead if the wait time is the same as ordering in store ? read more

Adela, is a great asset to your establishment. We placed a large order early in the morning and she was there by herself handling our order, along with the individual orders coming in. She was able to handle it fast, efficiently and still keep a smile on her face, providing great customer service! read more

Staff was fun and friendly while maintaining a sense of urgency. Bowls were proper with all the fixings. It was nice and cool inside.

My advice to the two young ladies working the night shift, find another part time job. Sure, its only a part-time job, but this is helping you prepare for future jobs, and customer service is a basic skill. If you cant even greet your customers, leave. I was at this location at 7:30pm. You cant be telling customers you close in 30 mins, when posted business hours is from 7am-9pm. Terrible customer service etiquette. You cant be bad mouthing customers also when you dont have a few things available. You shouldnt be groaning or sighing when another customer walks through the door, you still have an hour and a half left. You have customers waiting to order, its pretty important to let them know you'll be right with them. The worst thing is to ignor your customers and not acknowledge them. Terrible service. I would rather drive to the location in Chino Hills where they are happy to serve customers read more

This place lacks customer service. The register girl taking my order was most likely sick and obviously had attitude. If you're sick, stay home. One and done. Never coming back here again. read more

I love juice it up and I always go to this place because there's shakes are really good. But when I show up 10 minutes before they close and they said they already cleaned their shake machines up because they're trying to go home early it's really irritating. read more

So good but it is expensive Can't remember what I ordered but worth the price. Customer service was great she really helped me choose the best bowl for me and she was very patient with me Definitely will return read more

Omg, Raspberry Craze is awesome. Mondays at 12:10pm - no long lines. I recommend this place. I drive through this area about twice a month and for sure I'm stopping by. I'm always trying to find new juice bars and so far - this is my fave FYI to yelpers, the directions well take you to an apartment complex. Juice it up is in the big plaza with Lowe's. read more

Staff is very rude non social and don't even thank you for tipping them this is the 2nd time the first time I was thinking maybe just having a bad morning ooh no it's their personality I won't be going back to place orders for my office staff read more

Today I dropped by to buy a strawberry wave bowl specifically asked the server Sara R to add granola on the bottom of the cup as well as the top because most of the juice it up places do that. And that's why I love the their smoothie bowls. However, today when I told the server that she forgot to add the granola on the bottom of the bowl. I asked if I could get a new one. So what she did was dump the whole smoothie out onto some bowl/container, add some granola to the bottom of the bowl and dump the smoothie back into my bowl, and hand it to me. My smoothie bowl is soupy like I'm drinking smoothie soup. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, especially from her. Her attitude is the absolutely worse!!! I come here often, but NEVER coming here again!!. read more

Bad service. Made me feel so bad. When I ask for my order. Cashier answer me with attitude. Feel horrible.

It sucks cause I just went there and they had a employee who was sick ass heck and making my drinks not cool. I did pay but then booked it when she decided to cough on her hands and, didn't even bother to wash afterwards. I just got sick a few weeks ago and yep was very thrilled to get sick all over again so have fun with those drinks and hopefully everyone stays away this week or while the lady works. Yes I did pay for the drinks but didn't want to make a scene in there and ask for my money back read more

Bug in my drink. I gave the company a call and the girl who answered was completely clueless. Her boss wasn't around to help so she was going to "call me back" ... Poor customer service and nasty food conditions. Don't go here! read more

I came two days ago and ordered a drink and the lady who took my order was on the phone and didn't pay attention to me! Only come here since Nekter is too far away. Lady working was super nice, sucks that the reward program is a total scam. Tried multiple locations and no points ever can be added because their "system is down." Edit: the lady who helped me was really kind but I can tell her work ethic might not be there. She works literally in slow motion lol, coming form someone that's worked at a juice bar before: it does not take 15 mins to make a juice when there's nobody else in the store lmao read more
